Nysted Bygg söker snickare som är noggranna, engagerade och lojala. Arbetet omfattar allt som naturligt ingår i snickaryrket vid byggnation av bostadshus.
Vi producerar vägg- och takelement i vår egen husfabrik, vilket gör arbetet ute på byggarbetsplatsen betydligt enklare för snickarna. Erfarenhet av liknande arbete är en förutsättning.

Job description: Let's introduce ourselves Safe Vehicle Automation (SVA), consist of around 600 skilled engineers who are responsible for everything from research and advanced engineering, to implementation, verification and validation of current and future customer offers in the area of Safety, Vehicle control and Autonomous Drive. Nested within SVA is the department of AD/ADAS Functions, we develop functions such as Collision Avoidance, Low Speed Assistance, Pilot Assist, connected safety and pave the way towards Autonomous Driving (AD). We develop and integrate functionality and SW into a complete product, making use of sensor input such as radar, camera, ultrasonic and lidar, that build a comprehensive perception of the car’s surroundings. What you’ll do * Inform, advise, and independently challenge the business on matters relating to Sanctions & Screening and the use of different tools to perform it; * Draft and review procedures, guidelines, and technical model documentation; * Support new product launches through risk assessments and design of new screening controls or methods; * Create validation tools/processes and perform thematic data analysis to drive improvements to the sanction & screening framework; * Partner with Compliance Data and Engineering teams to ensure robust data governance, ensuring end-to-end data lineage and completeness across payment flows to eliminate systemic detection blindspots; * Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, such as model validation, internal audit, and relevant regulators and supervisors; * Serve as a key 2nd Line escalation point for high-complexity Sanctions investigations, conducting deep-dives into nested corporate structures, ultimate beneficial ownership (UBO), and potential sanctions circumvention risks; * Guide and independently challenge Sanctions Product & Tech on model ownership and system implementations, while providing proactive guidance, process alignment, and training to 1st Line Screening teams; * Represent the wider AML Compliance team on a variety of workstreams to establish strategies that align with global objectives and ensure controlled and compliant growth (e.g. how outcomes of screening checks should be considered in the context of customer risk classification); and, * Strengthen knowledge management on Sanctions, data, and screening tools across the global business. Who you are * You have a proven track record with at least 5 years’ experience in developing or advising on sanctions and/or other screening frameworks, or equivalent experience (working with development/analytical teams in a compliance setting); * You will have a proven track record of handling complex Sanctions and Financial Crime investigations and possess strong regulatory literacy, with the ability to confidently parse complex legal documentation and guidance papers; * You have excellent organizational skills and know how to manage a project from conception to launch; * You are a quick learner and take a ‘launch fast and iterate’ approach to tackling problems; and, * You have strong communication skills and can work well with both technical and commercial teams.
