What You Will Work On
Support and optimize automated paint production systems
Serve as the automation specialist for paint shop operations
Troubleshoot and resolve automation and production issues
Program, configure, and optimize industrial robots and automation systems
Improve automated paint application processes and production efficiency
Support industrialization and implementation of new production technologies
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, productivity, and reliability
Collaborate with production, maintenance, engineering, and project teams
Optimize manufacturing processes and automated material handling systems
Support commissioning, testing, and validation of automation solutions
Participate in technical investigations and root cause analysis
Contribute to technical documentation, standards, and best practices
Coordinate automation activities and support smaller technical projects
Ensure compliance with safety standards and production requirements
What You Bring
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Automation, Robotics, or a related technical discipline
Experience working with industrial automation in manufacturing environments
Strong understanding of automated production systems and industrial processes
Experience with robot programming and industrial automation systems
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills within complex production environments
Experience driving continuous improvements and process optimization
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and drive technical activities
Fluent English communication skills

Assignment Description We are looking for a Project Supplier Quality Manager to ensure product quality across supplier deliveries for customer projects. What You Will Work On Coordinate supplier quality activities throughout the project lifecycle. Act as the primary point of contact between suppliers and project teams. Develop and implement supplier quality and surveillance plans. Evaluate supplier capabilities and ensure compliance with project and customer requirements. Assess supplier performance and identify quality risks. Coordinate inspections, testing activities, and supplier audits. Schedule and manage inspection milestones with suppliers and customers. Review, validate, and manage supplier quality documentation, including inspection and test plans, certificates, and declarations. Collaborate with Project Quality Managers to establish and execute project quality plans. Support supplier development and continuous quality improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards, regulations, and customer specifications. Work closely with manufacturing, engineering, procurement, and project management teams. Contribute to risk management and drive quality improvements throughout the supply chain. What You Bring Experience as a Supplier Quality Manager, Supplier Quality Engineer, Project Quality Manager, or similar role. Strong background in supplier quality, manufacturing quality, purchasing quality, or production operations. Experience with product quality and manufacturing processes. Understanding of project-based quality management. Experience working with rotating machinery, boilers, process industries, welding, or similar industrial environments. Knowledge of supplier audits, supplier evaluations, and supplier development. Experience reviewing technical standards and customer specifications. Knowledge of CE marking, PED, SS-EN 1090, ISO 3834, LVD, or similar industry standards is highly desirable. Strong understanding of quality assurance, quality control, and regulatory compliance. Experience coordinating inspections, testing, and quality documentation. Excellent stakeholder management and supplier relationship skills. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional and international project teams. Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
What you'll do: Reporting directly to the Territorial Integration Pillar Coordinator of the FCC Project, you will be responsible for the territorial planning and territorial synergies aspects of the project. You will lead the operational coordination of thematic working groups covering surface site planning, associated development projects and synergies with local territorial initiatives. In this role, you will contribute directly to the objective of delivering an FCC project that is well integrated into its host territories, sustainable and broadly supported by local stakeholders. Your responsibilities: - Coordinate cross-functional working groups on territorial planning matters, including architecture, infrastructure, socio-economic issues and other related topics, as well as the local committees for the surface sites. Facilitate information sharing with territorial stakeholders and identify issues requiring strategic decision-making. - Build and maintain relationships with local stakeholders, including public authorities, local residents and institutional partners, to identify territorial issues and ensure they are appropriately reflected in the project. - Identify and promote territorial development opportunities arising from the FCC project, including urban development, economic development and infrastructure synergies, in collaboration with local and regional authorities. - Contribute to the management of the territorial planning workstream by participating in project reviews, monitoring the project master schedule and preparing supporting documentation for governance bodies. - Produce consolidated progress reports and contribute to the development of project monitoring tools, including indicators, risks and dashboards. Experience in cross-border or multi-institutional environments would be an asset. - Experience coordinating and facilitating multi-stakeholder processes, particularly in the context of territorial consultation involving institutional and local stakeholders. - Experience developing and supporting territorial development initiatives linked to infrastructure projects, including identifying development opportunities and fostering synergies with local stakeholders. - Master's degree or equivalent relevant experience in the field of Spatial Planning, Urban Planning, Geography or Political Science or a related field. Strong understanding of automated production systems and industrial automation. Experience from manufacturing environments. Experience in robot programming and automation systems. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a structured approach to root cause analysis. Ability to troubleshoot automation, process, and mechanical issues in complex environments. Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a dynamic production setting. Good understanding of safety standards for automated systems and paint environments. Fluency in English. Nice to havePractical experience from automated paint shops, especially wet paint applications in serial production. Experience with ABB IRB 5500 paint robots. Knowledge of multi-layer paint processes such as primer and topcoat. Understanding of high-pressure 2K paint systems. Experience with paint equipment such as spray guns, pumps, dosing systems, and flushing systems. Experience working in ATEX-classified environments. Knowledge of pneumatic systems and components. Experience optimizing paint processes, including coverage, thickness, efficiency, and surface quality. Ability to identify and resolve paint quality issues such as orange peel, runs, overspray, and uneven thickness. Swedish language skills.
