Som Senior Business Controller har du ett övergripande ansvar för att säkerställa en effektiv, korrekt och affärsnära hantering av
leverantörsfakturor. Du fungerar som en central länk mellan ekonomi- och inköpsfunktion och bidrar aktivt till förbättringar,
analys och styrning. Rollen innefattar ett nära samarbete med CFO.
Rollen innebär stort eget ansvar och mandat att initiera förbättringar, säkerställa interna kontroller och driva effektiviseringar
i processer.

Vi söker nu en Senior Redovisningsekonom som vill vara med och säkerställa korrekt rapportering och bidra till effektiva ekonomiprocesser. OM ROLLEN Som Senior Redovisningsekonom har du ett övergripande ansvar för bolagets redovisning och säkerställer att lagar, regelverk och interna riktlinjer efterlevs. Du arbetar nära CFO och andra delar av organisationen och spelar en viktig roll i att utveckla och effektivisera ekonomifunktionens arbete. DINA HUVUDSAKLIGA ARBETSUPPGIFTER * Ansvara för bolagets löpande redovisning * Säkerställa efterlevnad av skatt- och momsregler * Hantera reskontra, kontoavstämningar och ekonomiska analyser * Delta i bokslutsarbete och likviditetsplanering * Stödja organisationen i redovisningsfrågor och bidra till förbättring av processer * Säkerställa korrekt rapportering genom samarbete med andra avdelningar * Bevaka lagar, regelverk och krav (inkl. GDPR) * Delta i digitaliserings- och effektiviseringsinitiativ inom ekonomiflöden KVALIFIKATIONER Vi söker dig som har: * Minst 3 års erfarenhet från en liknande roll som redovisningsekonom/redovisningsansvarig i ett bolag med liknande storlek * Relevant eftergymnasial utbildning inom ekonomi * Gedigen kompetens inom kvalificerad redovisning (extern och intern) * Erfarenhet av bokslut, likviditetsplanering och ekonomisk analys * Goda kunskaper inom skatt- och momsregler * Mycket goda kunskaper i Excel och övriga delar av Microsoft Office Det är meriterande om du: * Har erfarenhet av arbete i internationell miljö och samverkan med utländska bolag * Har varit delaktig i utveckling av ekonomiprocesser eller system PERSONLIGA EGENSKAPER För att lyckas i rollen är du: * Strukturerad och noggrann med hög kvalitet i ditt arbete * Analytisk och lösningsorienterad * Självständig men trivs även i nära samarbete med andra * En tydlig kommunikatör med god samarbetsförmåga Du behärskar svenska och engelska flytande i tal och skrift och har god systemvana. We are looking for a Senior Business Controller to become the financial business partner to our teams. This role combines strategic finance, business controlling, innovation funding and growth initiatives. You will play a critical role in securing and managing non-dilutive funding while helping leadership make informed investment decisions in a fast-growing deeptech environment. You will work closely with engineers, project leaders, founders and external funding bodies to ensure that innovation programs are financially sound, compliant and scalable. WE WILL TRUST YOU WITH: * Act as a finance business partner to the Engineering and R&D teams * Identify, evaluate and secure non-dilutive funding opportunities, including WBSO, EIC Accelerator, Horizon Europe and other regional or national schemes. Manage grant applications from initial assessment through submission, compliant reporting and audit close-out * Develop budgets, forecasts and business cases for the businesses you are supporting and innovational projects * Perform budget versus actual analysis and provide actionable insights * Support annual budgeting, long-range planning and strategic decision-making * Support selected financial accounting activities, including balance sheet reconciliations and intellectual property-related reporting * Contribute to investment proposals, business development initiatives and M&A assessments * Act as liaison for external financial auditors during year-end closings, as well as specialized grant auditors reviewing subsidized projects WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED: * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Economics, Engineering or related discipline * 5+ years of experience in finance, controlling, grants management or strategic finance * Strong financial modelling and forecasting skills * Ability to translate technical concepts into financial insights * Experience partnering with engineering, product or R&D teams * Strong attention to detail and compliance requirements * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills * Drive for automation. Job Scope High level purpose of function. Acting as a key member of the Finance team, serves as a strategic partner to management, providing financial insights and analyses to support business decisions. Responsible for planning, controlling, and analysing the company’s financial performance, ensuring financial targets are met and aligned with overall business objectives. The role includes ownership of budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance monitoring processes, contributing to the organization’s financial stability and growth. Key Responsibilities Overall areas of responsibilities and activities Support management in developing and managing budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic and operational goals. Monitor financial performance by analysing variances between actual results, budgets, and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency. Develop and maintain financial forecasts, including identifying risks, opportunities, and trends that impact business performance. Prepare and present regular financial reports and key performance indicators to management and other stakeholders. Provide financial analysis and business insights to support strategic decisions, investments, and business cases. Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and relevant accounting standards. Continuously improve financial processes, systems, and tools to enhance transparency, accuracy, and efficiency. Support the month-end and year-end closing processes by maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely reporting. Participate in audits and provide necessary documentation and explanations related to business performance. Requirements Educational background and previous experience required for the role Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar. Proven experience in Business Control, Financial Analysis, or Controlling roles. Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting. Specific skills Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Basic Swedish and other language skills are seen as a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent command of financial modelling and reporting tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI, ERP systems). High attention to detail and accuracy.
