Vi söker en driven och affärsorienterad Supply Chain Manager som vill vara med och leda och utveckla en av våra centrala funktioner. I den här rollen har du det övergripande ansvaret för kundservice, huvudplanering, sourcing, inköp och logistik. Du har elva direktrapporterande medarbetare, varav en är logistikchef.
Du ansvarar för att skapa ett effektivt samarbete inom teamet och mellan avdelningar, samtidigt som du bygger starka relationer med våra kunder, leverantörer och samarbetspartners. Rollen innebär ett stort operativt ansvar, men också ett tydligt strategiskt fokus där du förväntas omsätta våra affärsmål i konkreta planer och resultat. Du är en viktig del av den lokala ledningsgruppen och representerar Supply Chain både internt och externt.
Ansvarsområden
Leda och samordna aktiviteter inom ditt ansvarsområde i nära samarbete med kunder, partners och leverantörer.
Integrera behovs- och kapacitetsplanering i hela värdekedjan.
Analysera prognoser enligt globala processer.
Säkerställa materialförsörjning och optimera lagerhållning.
Hantera kundorder baserat på tillgängligt material och produktionskapacitet.
Ansvara för huvudplanering i samarbete med produktionsplaneringen och produktionsteamet.
Utveckla och stärka kompetensen inom Supply Chain-organisationen för att möta företagets och kundernas krav.
Vara företagets Supply Chain-representant gentemot kunder, leverantörer och medarbetare.
Säkerställa tydlig kommunikation och informationsflöde till alla relevanta intressenter.
Delta aktivt i beslutsfattande kring både operativa och strategiska frågor.
Driva implementering av globala processer och Supply Chain-modeller.
Etablera och utveckla strategiska samarbeten med kunder, partners och leverantörer.
Säkerställa att den lokala Supply Chain-verksamheten följer lagar, regler och relevanta riktlinjer.
Ansvara för kostnadsstruktur och resursfördelning inom Supply Chain-funktionen.
Kompetens och erfarenhet
Vi söker dig som har gedigen erfarenhet av ledarskap inom Supply Chain och gärna en högre utbildning inom relevant område. Du har goda kunskaper i affärssystem, gärna ERP, QV eller QS, samt grundläggande förståelse för Lean. Du är van vid att arbeta datadrivet och resultatinriktat, med förmåga att fatta självständiga beslut och lösa problem på ett proaktivt sätt.
Du uttrycker dig obehindrat på både svenska och engelska i tal och skrift, och du har goda förhandlingskunskaper samt en förmåga att agera med både tydlighet och integritet. Att samarbeta i team är naturligt för dig, och du är trygg med att arbeta i en miljö där tempot är högt och där flera prioriteringar pågår samtidigt.
Erfarenhet av att arbeta i matrisorganisationer och projektteam är meriterande.
Som person är du affärsdriven, målinriktad och har ett starkt engagemang för både människor och resultat. Du har lätt för att samarbeta med olika typer av intressenter, både internt och externt, och du trivs i en roll där du får ta initiativ och driva utveckling.
Du är flexibel, förändringsbenägen och ser möjligheter även under press. Du har en naturlig förmåga att kommunicera tydligt, argumentera sakligt och bygga förtroende. Vidare är du en lagspelare som gärna delar med dig av din kunskap och som motiverar och utvecklar dina kollegor.

How you´ll make an impact As Project SCM Specialist you will be the focal point between HVDC and our suppliers during the execution phase of our projects. You will work closely with Project SCM Managers, Logistic Planners, Engineers, Documentation Control and Suppliers follow up and secure that the equipment and documentation deliveries from our Suppliers is according to agreed time, cost and quality. You work in a team with other Project SCM Specialists and will take on equipment’s or project responsibility. During the project execution you need to ensure relentless execution with proactive planning and follow-up on all equipment deliveries with our suppliers and internal stakeholders. During project execution you will also drive, attend and provide information to kick-off and clarification meetings with suppliers. You will work closely with the Project SCM Manager to solve upcoming quality constraints or deficiencies with the supplier equipment deliveries.
