Vi söker en Workshop Technician / Produktionsspecialist
Som Produktionsspecialist kommer du att arbeta i ett team som för närvarande består av tre personer med samma roll på vårt Training Center (TC) samt ingå i den tekniska avdelningen. På den tekniska avdelningen supportar vi den nordiska regionen i tekniska frågor, både internt och externt.
Tillsammans med övriga personer på TC ansvarar du för den praktiska utbildningen av våra kunder, antingen på TC eller ute hos kund. Arbetet består av att åka ut till kunder och supportera dem i deras produktion samt att utbilda dem praktiskt på TC när nya produkter lanseras.
När kunderna bygger en produkt första gången eller om kunderna har problem i produktion blir det ofta aktuellt att åka till kund och supportera. Du kommer även att supportera kunderna via e-post och telefon när de har praktiska problem. Detta innebär att resor ingår i tjänsten, även utanför Sverige.
Vid mässor och vid olika typer av tester, såsom brandtester, ansvarar TC för att bygga produktprover, både stora och små. Vid brandtest ska Produktionsspecialisten även installera partiet hos RISE.
På TC finns en testrigg där Produktionsspecialisten kan utföra täthetstester för vatten och luft. Vid reklamationer händer det att Produktionsspecialisten åker ut och undersöker problemet.
I tjänsten är det även viktigt att kunna arbeta med vår mjukvara TechDesign och kunna göra nya samt justera bearbetningsmacron i vår CAM-mjukvara för vidare utskick till CNC.

Your core responsibilities will include: Develop clear and accurate work instructions based on input from Manufacturing Engineering and R&D/Design. Train operators to ensure adherence to instructions and compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards. Ensure availability of necessary equipment by selecting, purchasing, or restocking standard tools and supporting sourcing of specialized equipment. Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S activities. Support prototyping, new product introductions, and implementation of design or process changes. Assist in troubleshooting quality deviations and drive corrective actions. Contribute to quality improvement efforts through data collection and checks. Train new employees in safe use of PPE, machinery, and production procedures. Perform production tasks when required. What are we looking for? We are now looking to strengthen our team with a fiberglass technician who can help ensure high quality in repairs, finishing, and delivery We are looking for a practical and quality-conscious plastic worker who is particularly skilled in finishing work. We are seeking someone with an eye for detail, who works accurately and preferably has experience with painting, surface treatment or other work where the final result is crucial. We are looking for a versatile Lab Technician to play a crucial role in our research and development laboratory. In this position, you won't just be sitting at a desk—you will be building, testing, and troubleshooting next-generation hardware. You will support our engineering team by maintaining a cutting-edge prototyping lab, operating 3D printers, laminating custom composite parts, and safely handling high-power electrical setups. Core Responsibilities High-Power Electronics Support: Assist engineers in assembling, wiring, and safely testing high-power electronic circuits and pulsed-power components. Composite & Epoxy Fabrication: Hand-fabricate, coat, and cure specialized parts using composite materials and epoxy resins, ensuring structural and insulating integrity. 3D Printing Operations: Manage our suite of 3D printers (FDM/SLA). This includes preparing CAD files, optimizing print settings, managing filament/resin stocks, and performing post-processing. Lab & General Bench Work: Act as the go-to person in the lab. Modify mechanical components, build test fixtures, solder wiring harnesses, and keep the workshop organized and operating efficiently. Experience with soldering, wire crimping, and reading basic schematics is highly valued. Materials Experience: Hands-on experience working with epoxies, resins, casting, or carbon fibre/fiberglass composites. Digital Fabrication: Proficiency in operating and maintaining desktop 3D printers. Basic familiarity with slicing software (e.g., Bambu Studio, PrusaSlicer); basic CAD tweaking skills are a big plus.
