In this role, you will help ensure that tools and technical equipment remain in good working condition through routine maintenance
activities and basic troubleshooting. You will work closely with our production team, document maintenance activities and support
spare parts management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Type of contract: Full time position with 38.5 hours/week
Salary: The minimum base salary for this position starts at EUR 2,727.40 gross per month on a full-time basis (38.5 h/week), with
a planned significant overpayment depending on your professional experience and qualifications.

JOB OVERVIEW ENPULSION is looking for a Production Employee (f/m/x) to join our growing production team and support the manufacturing of our state-of-the-art satellite propulsion systems. In this role, you will work hands-on with high-precision components, follow established production processes, and ensure the highest quality standards in our Assembly, Integration & Verification (AIV) environment. The position is part of a 2-shift operation with rotating shifts, offering a dynamic and collaborative workplace where reliability, accuracy, and teamwork are essential. Key Responsibilities: * Execute production processes according to defined procedures and work instructions. * Monitor, collect, and evaluate production data. * Perform assembly and basic maintenance of laboratory equipment, including vacuum systems. * Conduct 1st-level troubleshooting and escalate issues when deviations occur (SQDC). * Follow all safety regulations and immediately raise concerns in case of risk. * Support colleagues within your area and collaborate in a team-oriented environment. * Assist with workstation setup and preparation. YOUR PROFILE * Strong technical or manual interest (technical training in electronics, mechanics, or a comparable field is an advantage). * High attention to detail and excellent fine-motor skills. * Reliable, structured, and quality-driven way of working. * Problem-solving mindset and ability to follow defined processes. * Good English skills are required; German is an advantage. Nice to have: * Experience working in a production, laboratory, or clean-room environment. * A completed vocational apprenticeship (Lehre) or HTL is a strong plus, but not required. * Previous exposure to 2-shift operations. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of embedded software for our propulsion systems. You will work closely with hardware, systems, and testing teams to deliver reliable, high-performance software aligned with system requirements and industry standards. Key Responsibilities: * Implement, verify and maintain embedded software modules in C/C++ for microcontrollers from requirements following coding standards. * Create and maintain Verification and Validation Plans. * Develop code and setups for unit tests. * Establish and maintain source code documentation (e.g. SDD). * Support system tests with data analysis. * Maintain configuration control of source code and artefacts. * Maintain and support production and testing tools (python). * Perform trouble shooting of failures as well as define and implement corrective actions. Objectif du poste Nous recherchons un Technicien de Maintenance H/F rattaché au Responsable Maintenance. Activités et responsabilités principales: - Assurer le bon fonctionnement des équipements de production et des utilités, dans le respect des règles d’hygiène, de sécurité et de qualité. - Diagnostiquer les pannes et dysfonctionnements, définir les actions correctives, réaliser les interventions et en vérifier l’efficacité. - Réaliser la maintenance préventive et les opérations techniques complexes, tout en mettant à jour la documentation et la GMAO (MVPOne). - Être un référent technique au sein de l’équipe maintenance et proposer des améliorations sur les installations. - Collaborer étroitement avec la production, notamment lors des changements de format, réglages et interventions nécessitant un arrêt de ligne. - Effectuer les rondes quotidiennes des utilités (vapeur, froid, air comprimé…) et contribuer à la gestion du stock de pièces détachées. - Participer activement aux projets de l’usine et appliquer les procédures qualité, sécurité et environnement.
