Let’s go!   YOUR MISSION As Lead Marketing Campaigns, you will drive the vision and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns that strengthen customer engagement, brand relevance, and business growth. You will bring teams together around clear priorities, compelling messaging, and insight-led plans. Let’s go!   Your mission Join us as a Senior CRM Specialist to execute engaging CRM campaigns across the DACH market. Based in Vienna, you’ll be part of a team of experts in a dynamic fintech environment, helping to craft global communications that drive engagement, retention, and product adoption. This role is a great opportunity for an ambitious and creative team player to grow their CRM skills in a fast-paced, international environment. You’ll be part of a collaborative team and play a hands-on role in executing campaigns with a strong focus on localisation and high-quality delivery.   What you’ll do  * Assist in delivering global multichannel campaigns (email, push, inapp, and more). * Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. Product, Marketing, Creative, Legal, Analytics) to ensure campaigns are accurate, compliant, and aligned with local nuances. * Support quality assurance processes to make sure every campaign meets our standards - we don’t ship anything we wouldn’t be proud of. * Proactively contribute ideas, suggest improvements, and conduct tests to enhance our CRM campaigns. * Stay organised and coordinate tasks across multiple stakeholders and projects. You’ll craft compelling, high-impact messaging for our go-to-market (GTM) campaigns, major product launches, and investor communications and incentive campaigns.
