JOB OVERVIEW ENPULSION is looking for an ERP Specialist (f/m/x) to join our team. In this role, you will lead the implementation, optimization, and support of our ERP system, ensuring business requirements are translated into effective solutions. Working closely with business users, IT, and external partners, you will drive process improvements, coordinate ERP initiatives, manage testing and training activities, and support successful user adoption. As the internal ERP expert, you will play a key role in enhancing operational efficiency and supporting the company’s continued growth and digital transformation. Key Responsibilities: * Lead the entire ERP implementation lifecycle, from detailed planning and design through development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization. * Analyze current business processes, identify pain points, and design optimized future-state processes within the new ERP system. * Translate approved business requirements into detailed ERP system configurations. Work with external technical teams or consultants on necessary customizations, ensuring they align with functional specifications and best practices. * Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, including unit testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Document test results, manage defect resolution, and ensure the system meets all functional and performance requirements. * Develop detailed training materials and user guides and conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions for departmental Super Users and provide direct end-user training as needed. * Actively support change management activities, helping to foster user adoption and address resistance to new processes and technologies. * Serve as a representative/contact between business users, the ERP Project Manager, external consultants, and the IT department. Facilitate workshops, gather feedback, and communicate project progress and challenges effectively. * Act as the primary internal Key User for the ERP system post-implementation. * Provide first-line functional support, troubleshoot issues, manage system enhancements, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Own the ongoing maintenance and optimization of assigned ERP modules. Type of contract: Full time, permanent position with 38.5 hours/week. Salary: The minimum base salary for this position starts at 2.918,34 EUR gross per month on a full-time basis (38.5 h/week), with a planned significant overpayment of 3.500-4.500 EUR depending on your professional experience and qualifications. YOUR PROFILE * Hands-on experience in ERP system implementation, configuration, and support, preferably within a manufacturing environment. * Proven experience as an ERP Key User or Functional Consultant with deep knowledge of at least one major ERP system. * Strong understanding of core manufacturing business processes (e.g., production planning, inventory management, procurement, sales order processing, finance) * Experience with business process mapping and re-engineering methodologies. * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced project environment. Who you are: You Must Meet These Critical Qualifications * You are fluent in German with a good command of English. * You have at least five years of experience in Sales and/or account management. * You are a self-driven, results-oriented professional who consistently strives to meet and exceed targets. * You are confident and comfortable conducting negotiations and commercial conversations over the phone. * You have a strong understanding of revenue management–related topics and commercial performance levers. * You are analytical yet creative, able to propose tailored solutions that genuinely add value for customers. * You can quickly establish trust and build credible, long-term business relationships. * You work autonomously and are comfortable managing KPIs, targets, and performance metrics. * You are adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously without losing focus or quality. * You are able to work on a hybrid basis, with three days per week in the office.
