Let’s go!   Your Mission At Bitpanda, identity sits at the core of how we scale securely. As a Senior Cloud IAM Engineer, you’ll design, own, and evolve our cloud-first identity and device management ecosystem, enabling thousands of employees to work securely while meeting the demands of a highly regulated fintech. You’ll operate at scale, push security standards forward, and turn IAM into a true platform, not just a tool. What you’ll do * Architect, own, and continuously optimize JumpCloud as Bitpanda’s core IAM and device management platform * Build and maintain scalable SSO and access models across a large and growing SaaS ecosystem * Secure and manage endpoints at scale across macOS, Windows 11, iOS, and Android, enforcing strong security baselines * Drive identity and endpoint security standards (encryption, conditional access, compliance, patching, posture management) * Partner with Security, Compliance, and Engineering to support audits, regulatory requirements, and zero-trust initiatives Who you are * Deep, hands-on experience with JumpCloud or modern IAM platforms (Entra ID / Active Directory, Okta) * Strong practical experience operating MDM at scale across multiple operating systems * Solid background in security engineering, cloud infrastructure, or platform-focused IT * Comfortable designing solutions in cloud-only, SaaS-heavy, highly automated environments * Thrive in high-ownership roles and enjoy building systems that scale, not just maintaining them ** We offer a comprehensive relocation package to support candidates who are moving to join our team. As our Senior Product Designer for Securities & Commodities, your mandate is to take the high-stakes, data-heavy complexity of equities, derivatives, commodities, and real-world assets (RWAs) and architect them into seamless, intuitive user journeys. In our collaborative, "no-silo" culture, this role tackles the heavy lifting of investment products at scale—partnering directly with Product, Engineering, Data and Compliance to drive real-time impact on conversion, retention, and user trust without sacrificing functionality. WHAT YOU WILL DO * The core of this role involves designing end-to-end trading and investment interfaces for TradFi and RWA products across mobile and web platforms, with the clear goal of increasing customer engagement and monetization. * Dense financial mechanics—including margin trading, commodities trading, and automated recurring investments—must be translated into accessible, low-friction journeys that educate and empower both novice and experienced investors. * Comprehensive user research, usability testing, and behavioral analysis will serve as your primary tools to diagnose funnel bottlenecks, validate product hypotheses, and continuously improve KPIs like trading conversion and drop-off rates. * Active contributions to our scalable design architecture are expected, applying the highest UX standards to ensure high-quality, consistent touchpoints across all investment areas. * Seamless partnership with Product, Engineering, Risk, and Legal teams in a fast-moving, regulated environment is critical to shape the product roadmap, validate customer problems, and ensure feasible, compliant feature implementations. Let’s go!   Your mission: As a Senior Payments Product Manager, you will define and execute the strategic vision for Bitpanda’s fiat payments infrastructure. You will own the core deposit and withdrawal engines that power our millions of retail users—turning fiat on-ramps into frictionless, instant gateways to modern investing. You will blend customer-obsessed user experience with a technical approach to infrastructure, ensuring every transaction is efficient, cost-optimized, and resilient to support Europe's future #1 investment platform.   What you’ll do: * Own the retail fiat lifecycle: Drive the strategic product roadmap for consumer deposits and withdrawals across multiple European geographies, maximizing payment method localization (e.g., local card networks, SEPA Instant, Open Banking). * Embed deeply with engineering: Act as a core, day-to-day leader within your cross-functional engineering squad. Drive high-velocity agile execution by writing precise PRDs and managing your scope from ideation to delivery and post-delivery. * Architect flawless transaction journeys: Own the design of robust payment state machines, edge-case handling, and idempotent systems to eliminate "lost" deposits and minimize user friction during high-traffic market events. * Optimize conversion via smart routing: Build and iterate on intelligent payment routing and cascading logic. Normalize decline reasons across various banking partners to implement smart retries and clear, actionable user error messaging that prevents funnel drop-off. * Relentlessly optimize unit economics: Target and reduce processing costs per successful transaction through routing efficiencies, commercial negotiations, and multi-rail optimizations to directly improve broker margins. * Automate broker operations: Partner with Finance, Fraud, and Risk Operations to design automated ledgering, settlement monitoring, and exception handling tools, moving away from manual operational workflows. * Serve as the main product contact for external providers and PSPs —steering technical discovery, alignment, and strict SLA enforcement. Who you are: * B2C fintech product professional: 5+ years of Product Management experience within a high-growth consumer fintech, neobank, or retail broker platform, with a proven history of shipping heavy transactional infrastructure. * Hands-on agile executor: You love being in the trenches. You are deeply fluent in API ergonomics, webhooks, microservices architecture, and system observability tools. * Consumer conversion champion: you understand that in a retail broker, speed equals conversion. You possess deep empathy for retail user friction and a passion for turning complex financial mechanics into simple user experiences. * Fiat Payments domain expert: deep structural knowledge of core financial rails (SEPA, SEPA Instant, Faster Payments, Card Schemes), clearing/settlement cycles, and how local payment methods impact conversion and cost. * Ruthlessly data-driven: Expert at using data to expose infrastructure leaks.
