Vi söker nu en kundtjänstmedarbetare för ett längre konsultuppdrag inom kundtjänst/reklamation till Royal Design. I rollen blir du en viktig del av kundserviceavdelningen där du ansvarar för att hantera reklamationsärenden och säkerställa att kunderna får ett professionellt, smidigt och lösningsorienterat bemötande via telefon, e-post och chatt. Du är en viktig länk mellan kunden och verksamheten och arbetar för att säkerställa hög kundnöjdhet och en positiv upplevelse av Royal Design. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter innefattar att: Besvara kundärenden via telefon, e-post och chatt. Hantera reklamationer, returer, leveransfrågor och frågor kring beställningar. Dokumentera och registrera reklamationsärenden enligt företagets rutiner. Arbeta aktivt med merförsäljning när möjlighet finns. Identifiera återkommande kundproblem och bidra med förbättringsförslag till kundserviceprocesserna. Samarbeta med andra avdelningar såsom lager, inköp, ekonomi och IT för att hitta effektiva lösningar. Delta i interna utbildningar och teammöten. Säkerställa att företagets rutiner, policys och riktlinjer följs i det dagliga arbetet. För att trivas i rollen är du serviceinriktad, kommunikativ och lösningsorienterad. As a Customer Facing & Order Management Representative in our clients customer service team for compression products, you will be a key point of contact for our customers. Minimum BA qualification in Fashion Textile/Print or Graphic Design A minimum of 3-5 year’s industry experience as a Fashion Graphic/Print Designer Experience of creating all over repeat, placement prints, checks, stripes, florals, conversationals etc. Knowledge of different print techniques, general print technicalities and processes Excellent illustration and drawing skills Genuine and high-level fashion forward sense for global fashion trends and its print trends Strong eye for colors and garment-print connection Solid and fast skills in Adobe Creative Suite programs 3D CLO work experience is meriting Strong communication and organizational skills and flexible approach Fluent in English (Swedish is not necessary) Experience from Womanswear and/or Womanswear within underwear, nightwear or swimwear is meriting.
