På servicebostaden är ingen dag den andra lik, som stödassistent erbjuds du ett stimulerande och omväxlande arbete. I arbetsuppgifterna ingår det att motivera och stödja personer till tryggare livshållning. Geografiskt finns brukarnas lägenheter på olika adresser med utgångspunkten och gemensamma lokaler centralt belägna i Gustavsberg  och Hemmesta. Din uppgift blir att stödja och hjälpa personer som har olika funktionsvariationer, samsjuklighet och/eller psykisk ohälsa.
