Vi söker nu en erfaren Field Engineer till spännande projekt inom processindustrin. I rollen blir du en viktig länk mellan projektering och produktion, där du säkerställer att tekniska lösningar omsätts i praktiken och att arbetet på plats genomförs enligt projektets krav på kvalitet, säkerhet och tidplan. Dina arbetsuppgifter I denna roll kan arbetsuppgifterna bland annat innebära att: Vara den sammanhållande länken mellan projekteringsorganisationen och byggproduktionen under projektets genomförande. Granska och analysera tekniska ritningar och handlingar för att säkerställa att lösningarna är praktiskt genomförbara samt hantera eventuella avvikelser. Bidra till projektets kvalitetsarbete genom att följa upp att arbetet utförs enligt gällande krav, specifikationer och standarder. Följa och koordinera det dagliga arbetet inom flera tekniska områden ute på anläggningen. Säkerställa ett väl fungerande samarbete mellan discipliner såsom piping, mekanik, mark och konstruktion. Identifiera gränssnittsfrågor och tekniska konflikter i ett tidigt skede samt medverka till att hitta effektiva lösningar. Delta aktivt i projekt- och byggmöten där du bidrar med teknisk kompetens och stöd i olika beslutsprocesser. Ansvara för att projektets tekniska dokumentation och rapportering är korrekt, uppdaterad och följer projektets rutiner. Vem är du? Vi tror att du har erfarenhet från roller som Field Engineer, Site Engineer, Construction Engineer eller liknande inom processindustri, raffinaderi eller annan tung industri. Du trivs i en roll där du får kombinera teknisk kompetens med samordning och nära samarbete mellan projektering och produktion. Vi ser gärna att du har: Erfarenhet av att arbeta i genomförandet av större industriprojekt, gärna inom raffinaderi, processindustri eller olje- och gasindustrin. God teknisk förståelse inom piping, mekanik, mark och konstruktion. Erfarenhet av att samordna och granska konstruktions- och bygghandlingar mellan flera teknikdiscipliner. God kunskap om QA/QC-processer och kvalitetsarbete inom industriella projekt. Förmåga att läsa, tolka och omsätta tekniska ritningar och specifikationer i praktiskt genomförande. Erfarenhet av arbete i befintliga processanläggningar (brownfield) är meriterande. Förmåga att hantera flera parallella arbetsuppgifter och koordinera många gränssnitt samtidigt. God kommunikativ förmåga och vana att samarbeta i multidisciplinära projektorganisationer. Meriterande: Erfarenhet från EPC-/EPCM-projekt eller andra komplexa investeringsprojekt inom processindustrin. In this role you will report to our Project Risk and Opportunity Lead and sit within our Project Delivery function. The role requires excellent personal and interpersonal skills, and you will be at the core of our project delivery team, working across the full lifecycle of greenfield and brownfield projects. A role which supports all aspects of risk management ensuring that both qualitative and quantitative risk insights guide decision-making and delivery planning. Specific to this role, the day-to-day tasks will include the following but as we are a growing company with very little silos between teams, other tasks might be included as well. * Develop and implement risk plans for capital projects across all lifecycle phases (FEL1 to execution). * Facilitate structured assessments, project risk workshops, technical and non-technical. Update of risk registers, support risk and action owners, and verify mitigation activities. * Plan and facilitate Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA) workshops and model capital risk profiles. * Perform integrated cost and schedule Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA) using industry tools such as Safran Risk and @RISK. * Oversee maintain, monitor, and analyze project risk registers to ensure proactive mitigation and alignment with project objectives. * Support risk-based decision-making at both the project and program level through clear communication methods. * Provide coaching and training to project teams on risk principles and methods, and collaborate closely with project functions such as Planning, Cost, HSE, and Engineering to embed risk management into project systems and culture. * Assess internal and external project environments to tailor and implement project-specific risk management plans. * Configure project risk structures (registers, matrices, breakdowns), and lead facilitation of workshops to develop project risk profiles. * Lead specialized risk reviews (procurement, contract, change, and hazard studies), oversee decision analysis and value assessments, manage reporting to internal and external stakeholders, and ensure integration of risk into project controls. * Support project close-out by documenting lessons learned and ensure alignment with ISO-based risk framework * Liaise with the Risk and Opportunities Lead regarding risk practice application and best practices.
