ABOUT STRAVA Strava is the app for active people. With over 195 million athletes in more than 185 countries, it’s more than tracking workouts—it’s where people make progress together, from new habits to new personal bests. No matter your sport or how you track it, Strava’s got you covered. Find your crew, crush your goals, and make every effort count. Start your journey with Strava today. Our mission is simple: to motivate people to live their best active lives. We believe in the power of movement to connect and drive people forward. ABOUT THIS ROLE Strava's Product Engineering teams build the features athletes use every day. We're looking for a Staff Engineer who wants to be close to the product — shipping athlete-facing features, turning ambiguous ideas into working systems, and acting as tech lead for a small pod of engineers. This is a builder's role first. You'll spend your time designing and shipping the technical systems that power user facing products, partnering daily with product managers and designers to take features from 0→1, and setting the technical direction for your pod along the way. You'll move fast, work across the stack when the problem calls for it, and own the quality of what ships. We follow a flexible hybrid model that translates to more than half of your time on-site in our San Francisco office — three days per week. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Design, build, and ship the backend systems behind Strava's athlete-facing features, owning them from idea to production. * Act as tech lead for pods of engineers — scoping work, breaking it down, coordinating delivery, and ensuring we are making the right decisions. * Partner closely with product managers and designers to take features 0→1, shaping what gets built and how, not just executing a handed-down spec. * Solve tough technical problems and lead the pod to execute, stepping across the stack into client or adjacent systems when the problem calls for it. * Move quickly on new product bets while keeping an eye on reliability, performance, and maintainability. * Work across Strava's backend stack — Ruby, Scala, Go, MySQL, Redis, Cassandra, Kafka, and Kubernetes — and pick up adjacent surfaces as needed. * Mentor engineers on the pod and across the Strava tech team. WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TEAM * 10+ years of professional backend/server engineering experience, with a track record of shipping consumer products. * Experience acting as a tech lead — facilitating team processes and driving execution. * A bias toward building and shipping: you've taken features from 0→1 and care about getting real product into athletes' hands, not just designing systems in the abstract. * Strong system design skills for distributed systems at scale: making architecture decisions, defending trade-offs, and thinking about how a system evolves over time. * Proficiency in at least one of Strava's backend languages (Scala, Go, Python) with comfort picking up others, and willingness to work across the stack when needed. * Experience with distributed systems technologies like Kafka, Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud infrastructure (AWS). * Experience with relational and NoSQL databases in production (we use MySQL, Redis, and Cassandra). * Resilience with changes and the ability to navigate ambiguous situations, creating clarity for yourself and others. * An ability to look around corners and predict the future, making decisions now that set us up for success down the line. * A genuine interest in working closely with product and design partners and leading a team to prioritize the right work and deliver it well. You're interested in more than just putting your head down on an assigned project. We're not looking for 100% coverage on all of these — if you match most of them, we'd love to hear from you: * Experience shipping consumer-facing features at scale. * Comfort working full-stack or in client code when a feature needs it. * Familiarity with server-driven UI patterns. * Experience with large-scale system migrations (e.g., moving a critical service from one language/framework to another). For more information on benefits, please click here. WHY JOIN US? Movement brings us together. At Strava, we’re building the world’s largest community of active people, helping them stay motivated and achieve their goals. Our global team is passionate about making movement fun, meaningful, and accessible to everyone. Whether you’re shaping the technology, growing our community, or driving innovation, your work at Strava makes an impact. When you join Strava, you’re not just joining a company—you’re joining a movement. If you’re ready to bring your energy, ideas, and drive, let’s build something incredible together. Strava builds software that makes the best part of our athletes’ days even better. Just as we’re deeply committed to unlocking their potential, we’re dedicated to providing a world-class, inclusive workplace where our employees can grow and thrive, too. We’re backed by Sequoia Capital, TCV, Madrone Partners and Jackson Square Ventures, and we’re expanding in order to exceed the needs of our growing community of global athletes. Our culture reflects our community. We are continuously striving to hire and engage teammates from all backgrounds, experiences and perspectives because we know we are a stronger team together. Strava is an equal opportunity employer. In keeping with the values of Strava, we make all employment decisions including hiring, evaluation, termination, promotional and training opportunities, without regard to race, religion, color, sex, age, national origin, ancestry, sexual orientation, physical handicap, mental disability, medical condition, disability, gender or identity or expression, pregnancy or pregnancy-related condition, marital status, height and/or weight. We will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment. TL;DR Lovable is growing at terminal velocity. We need a Corporate Counsel who is as comfortable negotiating a term sheet as they are reviewing a stock option plan or cleaning up cap table mechanics the week before a fundraise closes. This role sits at the heart of Lovable’s legal function - owning equity, corporate transactions, and governance, while acting as the connective tissue between our Commercial and Product counsel teams. If you thrive in the space where company-building meets legal infrastructure, this is your role. Why Lovable Change the world, literally: 2026 is the year AI works. Lovable is building the most powerful AI software-creation platform. Work with exceptional people: We’re assembling one of the world’s strongest teams. You’ll work alongside founders, board members, and investors on the transactions that define the company’s trajectory. Legal as a growth lever: At Lovable, legal is not “back office.” You will be a direct driver of our ability to raise capital, close strategic transactions, and maintain the governance hygiene that keeps institutional investors confident. Top-of-market comp: Cash + equity. We pay above market for impact, not pedigree. Global stage: We are a top AI brand. You’ll navigate the structural and regulatory complexities of a dual-listed, multi-jurisdiction technology company growing across the US, EU, and beyond. What we're looking for Relevant Experience: 4–8 years of legal experience, with a meaningful blend of law firm (ideally corporate/securities at a top-tier firm) and in-house tenure at a high-growth technology company (Series B–D preferred). You have seen at least one full fundraise cycle and have hands-on experience with equity documentation. Equity & Cap Table Fluency: You can draft and negotiate term sheets, stockholder agreements, and voting agreements in your sleep. You understand dilution mechanics, liquidation preferences, anti-dilution provisions, and pro-rata rights—not just conceptually, but operationally. You’ve managed a cap table and know what “getting it wrong” costs. Corporate Transactions Ownership: You are comfortable owning the legal workstream on venture financings, strategic investments, and early-stage M&A or acqui-hire transactions. You don’t need a partner looking over your shoulder to get a deal to close. Governance Architect: You understand what good corporate hygiene looks like—board consents, 409A valuations, option pool management, state filings, and subsidiary structuring. You know that governance done poorly becomes a fundraising liability. Gap-Filler Mentality: You thrive in the white space. When a deal or a situation doesn’t fit neatly into Commercial or Product’s lane—employment equity, a strategic partnership with a VC-backed company, a cross-border corporate restructuring—you pick it up and run. Automation First: You have a “developer mindset.” If you’ve drafted the same consent or SAFE agreement three times, you build a template, a playbook, or a self-service workflow. You likely use AI agents and LLMs daily to accelerate your own output. Pragmatic Risk Tolerance: Lovable moves fast. You are comfortable giving a clear, defensible recommendation with 70% of the information—and you know when to escalate vs. when to just decide. Bias for Action: You’d rather close the loop on a signature block over Slack than wait a week for a formal process. What you'll do Own the Equity Stack: Manage all equity-related legal work end-to-end—option grants, RSU plans, secondary transactions, employee liquidity programs, and 409A coordination. You are the single point of accountability when a new hire asks “how does my equity work?” and when a lead investor asks about our fully diluted cap table. Lead Corporate Transactions: Drive the legal workstream on venture financings (priced rounds, SAFEs, convertible notes), strategic investments, and any M&A activity. Coordinate with external counsel where needed but own the process, timeline, and output. Build & Maintain Corporate Infrastructure: Keep our corporate house in order across all entities—board and stockholder consents, annual filings, subsidiary governance, and cross-border structural hygiene. Make sure we are always investor-ready, not just at close. Be the Connective Tissue: Work alongside our Commercial and Product counsel to handle matters that fall between their mandates—co-branded partnership structures, equity-linked commercial arrangements, employee IP assignments, and any situation that requires a generalist’s judgment. Automate the Routine: Use Lovable and AI tooling to build self-service infrastructure for standard corporate tasks—option grant workflows, consent templates, entity management trackers—so that the legal team scales without headcount growing linearly. Scale Prep: Build the governance documentation and compliance hygiene now that makes our next fundraise, a dual-listing, or an acquisition clean and fast. Think: data room-ready at all times. The challenge This isn’t a role for someone who wants to specialize narrowly or hand off anything that looks unfamiliar. You’ll be the person that founders, the CFO, and the board rely on when the stakes are high and the clock is ticking—whether that’s a term sheet that just landed, an employee equity dispute, or a structural question that doesn’t have a precedent inside the company. You will also help shape how Lovable’s legal function grows as we scale. Ready to be the legal backbone of the most exciting AI company in the world? About your application Please submit your application in English - it’s our company language so you’ll be speaking lots of it if you join. We treat all candidates equally - if you’re interested please apply through our careers portal

Client & Mobile Foundations is the Platforms suborg that owns Pinterest's cross-surface client platform and quality stack, the shared Android, iOS, and Web foundations, build and release tooling, and quality systems that let product teams ship experiences faster and more safely. As a Staff Product Manager in the org, you'll set direction across core client architecture and paved paths on each surface; the mobile and client build systems, CI, and release tooling; and client quality and reliability from crash-free user rate (CFUR) and test infrastructure to release health, code coverage, and performance and app-size guardrails. You'll partner with client engineers, infrastructure teams, data scientists, and product leaders to deliver ready-to-use, best-practice foundations and developer experience including pioneering agentic tooling that automates migrations and test generation so every client engineer can ship high-quality, performant features quickly across iOS, Android, and Web. What you’ll do: * Set and drive a multi-year strategy for Pinterest's client platform and quality stack across iOS, Android, and Web including the shared architecture, libraries, and paved paths product teams build on. * Own the roadmap for the mobile and client build systems, CI, and release tooling that make shipping fast and safe across surfaces. * Raise the bar on client quality and reliability, driving metrics like crash-free user rate (CFUR), release health, critical code coverage, and performance/app-size guardrails, along with the test infrastructure behind them. * Define and champion agentic tooling that automates large-scale migrations and test generation, accelerating the full build/test/release lifecycle. * Deeply understand your developer customers, where teams lose time, quality, or confidence, and define the developer-experience and platform-health metrics that measure impact. * Lead complex, multi-phase migrations and consolidations that reduce fragmentation and improve reliability and performance across client surfaces. * Partner across client engineering, infrastructure, and product, act as the spokesperson for the org, and mentor peer PMs (not a people-management role). What we're looking for: * 10+ years in product management or technical leadership, with a record of building and launching client platforms, developer-experience, or engineering-productivity products not solely consumer features. * Direct experience owning one or more of: mobile/web client platform architecture, build systems and CI/CD, release/deployment tooling, or test infrastructure. * Track record of improving client quality and reliability metrics e.g., crash-free rate, release health, code coverage, app size, or client performance. * Strong technical breadth and judgment across mobile (iOS/Android) and web; able to go deep with engineers on architecture tradeoffs and technical risk. * Demonstrated success leading large, multi-phase technical initiatives including migrations, architecture redesigns, or system consolidations across many teams. * Experience with agentic / LLM-powered developer tooling (migrations, test generation, codegen) is a strong plus. * Analytical and strategic mindset; comfortable making high-accountability decisions and defining metrics that prove impact. * Exceptional communication and influence at all levels, from individual engineers to senior executives. * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience; advanced degrees a plus. This job posting is for an open vacancy. Please note that the company utilizes artificial intelligence to screen applicants for the positions. What this looks like day-to-day can vary based on the needs of each organization or role. * This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 1-2 times/quarter and therefore can be situated anywhere in the country. #LI-HYBRID #LI-JD1 Our Commitment to Inclusion: Pinterest is an equal opportunity employer and makes employment decisions on the basis of merit. Toast creates technology to help restaurants and local businesses succeed in a digital world, helping business owners operate, increase sales, engage customers, and keep employees happy. Toast IQ is our agentic platform for restaurant operators: a growing set of specialized AI agents that take real work off an operator's plate — driving demand, managing labor, and optimizing the back office. We're launching new agents continuously across multiple lines of business, and the complexity of doing that well, with coherent packaging, consistent quality, and a single platform story, is growing faster than the surface area of the product itself. This role owns the program that makes it work. You'll design and run the monthly release engine end to end, set and hold the bar on platform readiness, and coordinate go-to-market so naming, packaging, and messaging land as a coherent platform story rather than a dozen separate launches that confuse operators and the field. The goal is to build repeatable operating mechanisms that let Toast move quickly and confidently and that scale as Toast IQ scales. You'll work across product, engineering, marketing, support, and finance. You won't have direct authority over most of the people you depend on, which means you'll earn influence, make decisions that stick, and serve as an escalation point when things go sideways. A day in the life (Responsibilities) * Design, own, and continuously improve the monthly agent release program — one cadence, one launch process — across all lines of business. Build this as a durable operating mechanism, not a series of one-off coordination efforts. * Set and hold the platform-readiness bar. Engage credibly with engineering teams on architecture, dependencies, and technical risk. Own the dependency and risk map. Be willing to call a postponement when a product isn't ready — and make that call stick. * Drive go-to-market coherence across LOBs so naming, packaging, and messaging land as one platform story. Work with PMM and GTM to make sure the field can sell and operators understand what they're getting. * Instrument launch health and build reporting that matters: what shipped, what slipped, adoption signals, and the blockers that need to be resolved upstream. Feed this signal back to R&D leadership in a form they can act on. * Operate with high judgment in ambiguous situations. When the governance model doesn't cover a case, make a defensible call and move. Surface the right decisions to leadership with the context they need — don't just escalate problems. * Establish the operating rhythms, governance structures, and cross-functional alignment mechanisms that keep multiple engineering teams moving toward a shared cadence. What you'll need to thrive (Requirements) * 12+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams. * Track record of owning cross-functional programs end to end — not just coordinating them — from design through launch, across teams with competing priorities. * Technical fluency sufficient to engage meaningfully with engineers on architecture, dependencies, and risk: you can identify when a technical assumption is wrong before it becomes a launch problem. * Demonstrated ability to build repeatable operating models. You've built the system, not just run projects inside someone else's system. * Experience managing cross-org dependencies and aligning teams you don't control. * Strong written communication; you can translate complex program status and risk into a clear narrative for senior leadership. What will help you stand out (Nonessential Skills/Nice to Haves) * Experience with AI/ML systems, agentic architectures, or applied AI programs. * Experience standing up a recurring multi-team release cadence on a platform serving multiple product lines. * Vertical SaaS, SMB, or restaurant/hospitality technology experience. * Familiarity with usage-based or consumption pricing models. * BA/BS in a technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
