Arbetstiderna är förlagda till tvåskift. Arbetsbeskrivning I din roll som gjutare kommer du att arbeta vid en gjuterimaskin samt följa processen som innefattar flera olika arbetsmoment. Dina arbetsuppgifter kommer att bestå av hantering av pressgjutna detaljer i form av brytning av metall, stansning, blästring, mätning enligt kontrollinstruktioner och processövervakning. Du kommer även ansvara för din och andras säkerhet. Vi söker dig som Har grundläggande kunskap inom gjutteknik. •Förståelse för de defekter som kan uppstå i processerna inom gjutning och bearbetning •Goda kunskaper i återställande av formgivandeytor gällande gjut och klippverktyg •Arbeta effektivt i team och samtidigt leverera resultat på egen hand. •Goda kunskaper i svenska i såväl tal som skrift Vi har höga förväntningar på våra konsulter och söker dig som vill representera Montico på bästa sätt. Do you want to take ownership of critical manufacturing equipment and drive reliability, performance, and continuous improvement in a world-class production environment? We are strengthening our Maintenance & Engineering organization and are looking for three Maintenance Engineers, each responsible for a key Asset area within our production operations. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will play a key role in maximizing equipment availability, improving reliability, reducing downtime, and supporting future investments and technology development. Asset Owner Areas Maintenance Engineer – CNC Machining Asset Owner Area: GROB, Heller, Mazak SW and related equipment. You will drive reliability improvements, preventive maintenance strategies, root cause analysis, and technical development to ensure maximum machine availability and performance. Maintenance Engineer – Leak Testing, Washing, Laser marking equipment Asset Owner Area: Leak testing equipment, washing systems, Laser marking equipment. You will be responsible for maintaining reliable testing and cleaning processes while ensuring that all calibration activities are completed according to quality, customer, and regulatory requirements. You will perform preventive maintenance and participate in escalated troubleshooting. Maintenance Engineer – Die Casting & Auxiliary Equipment Asset Owner Area: Die casting machines, trimming presses, vacuum systems, furnaces, spraying systems, and supporting equipment. You will focus on improving equipment reliability, process stability, and long-term asset performance within one of our most critical manufacturing areas. Key Responsibilities Own and develop maintenance strategies for assigned equipment. Drive preventive and predictive maintenance activities. Lead root cause analysis and reliability improvement initiatives. Support production in troubleshooting and technical problem solving. Manage technical documentation, maintenance standards, and spare parts strategies. Participate in equipment upgrades, modernization projects, and new investments. Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and external suppliers to improve performance and reduce downtime. What We Are Looking For We believe you have: A degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent experience. Experience from industrial maintenance, manufacturing, reliability, or engineering. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of TPM, RCA, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement methodologies. A structured and proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership. What you'll do here as Manufacturing Quality Engineer? In this role, you will be responsible for one of our manufacturing partners, maintaining our high level of quality as well as ensuring continuous improvement and handle customer issues. You will also: Drive continuous improvement activities together with our contract manufacturers. Be part of concept studies and early projects to find new and best solutions for our products. Work closely with both engineers and contract manufacturers to guide and steer, for us to have the best possible set up for manufacturing of our products. As you will have great responsibility for the development of new products, often from the early idea stage to a finished product, it also means a great deal of cooperation with the implementation of the product in volume production.
