Räddningstjänsten i Arvidsjaur kommun består av två brandstationer och ett räddningsvärn. Vi är drygt 50 medarbetare varav 3 är heltidsanställda, 37 deltidsanställda och 8 frivilliga brandmän. Nu söker vi en heltidsanställd brandinspektör. Arbetsuppgifter I uppdraget som brandinspektör ingår uppgifter i både den operativa verksamheten och i det förebyggande arbetet. Primärt handlar det om det förebyggande arbetet samt att ingå i vår beredskap. Det kan även handla om exempelvis tillsyner och tillståndshantering. Du kommer att vara delaktig i att utveckla verksamhetens arbetssätt och arbetsmetoder, både internt och i RSR10. Vi erbjuder dig ett arbete i en framåtsträvande verksamhet med höga målsättningar. Du får möjlighet att arbeta i en roll som kommer att utveckla både räddningstjänsten och dig personligen. Kvalifikationer Vi söker dig som har lägst RIB-utbildning och tillsyn A samt erfarenhet av tillsynsarbete. Du ska ha körkort, lägst B. Hög administrativ förmåga samt god förmåga att uttrycka dig i tal och skrift.  Det är meriterande om du: • Har räddningsledare A eller B • Har tillsyn B alternativt förebyggande 1 och 2. • Har erfarenhet som instruktör vid utbildningar. Som person är du ansvarstagande, har god administrativ förmåga samt är drivande och handlingskraftig. Du kommer ingå i en liten arbetsgrupp vilket ställer stora krav på god samarbetsförmåga. Lyten is seeking a Facility & Utility Technician with experience in fire protection systems. In this role you will be responsible for the operation, maintenance and improvement of facility, utility and fire protection systems supporting production and office environments. Ensures buildings, utilities and life safety systems are maintained in compliance with Swedish regulations, company standards and sustainability objectives. Key Responsibilities Overall areas of responsibilities and activities Maintain and improve facility systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical distribution, compressed air, utilities, and building infrastructure. Maintain, inspect and test fire protection systems including fire alarms, smoke detection, sprinkler systems, emergency lighting, and fire water infrastructure. Support the site's Systematiskt Brandskyddsarbete (SBA) through inspections, documentation and corrective actions. Manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure reliable operation of facility and safety systems. Coordinate contractors, service providers and regulatory inspections.
