Assignment Description We are looking for a Senior Genesys Cloud Developer What You Will Work On Develop and configure solutions on the Genesys Cloud platform. Build and enhance cloud-based Contact Center applications and services. Customize and extend Genesys Cloud functionality based on business requirements. Develop integrations between Genesys Cloud and connected enterprise systems. Work with Java, C#, JavaScript, and Python to build and maintain applications. Participate in technical design, implementation, and platform improvements. Support the modernization and continuous evolution of the Contact Center platform. Collaborate with developers, architects, and business stakeholders. Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain platform performance and reliability. Contribute to cloud-native development and DevOps best practices. Participate in code reviews, testing, and technical documentation. Support continuous improvement of development processes and platform capabilities. What You Bring Several years of hands-on experience developing and configuring Genesys Cloud. Strong software development experience using Java, C#, JavaScript, and Python. Experience building and supporting cloud-based Contact Center solutions. Strong understanding of system integrations and API-based development. Experience working in Agile software development environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently as well as within cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience with Kubernetes is an advantage. Experience with AWS cloud services is an advantage. Experience with Jenkins for CI/CD is an advantage. Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code is an advantage. Experience with Oracle WebLogic is an advantage. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

What is needed in this role: Core Genesys Cloud Skills Genesys Cloud Architect: Designing inbound/outbound call, email, and message flows, including reusable tasks and secure flows. Data Actions & Integrations: Building and troubleshooting data actions that connect to RESTful Spring Boot services. Genesys SDKs & APIs: Experience with the Platform API, Notifications API (WebSockets), and Analytics API. Scripting: Creating dynamic Agent Scripts integrated with the Genesys Cloud Embeddable Framework. Web Messaging & Digital: Implementing Web Messaging (v3) with custom deployment and journey tracking. Outbound Campaigns: Configuring Predictive, Power, and Agentless dialing modes. Security (OAuth): Implementing secure authentication flows (Authorization Code, Client Credentials, PKCE). Minimum 3+ years of relevant education (Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or similar). At least 3+ years of experience in the IT industry, ideally within software development, integrations, or cloud-based platforms. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain intelligent, customer‑friendly IVR and routing flows. Collaborate closely with Java/Spring Boot teams on integrations and data models. Use CX as Code (Terraform provider for Genesys Cloud) to manage configuration across Dev, UAT, and Production environments. Analyze and optimize performance, including API rate limits and notifications. Support teams embedding Genesys widgets into our custom Angular agent desktop.
