In this role, you will act as the team’s primary technical authority, responsible for the technical health, maintainability, and long-term sustainability of the platform. A major focus of the position will be to lead the technical transformation of ICO. You will bridge strategic architectural direction with hands-on implementation, ensuring that technical decisions support both business needs and long-term product quality. Key Responsibilities: As a Tech Lead, you will guide the technical direction of the team and ensure ICO remains scalable, secure, reliable, and maintainable. You will lead technical design discussions, architecture alignment, code quality initiatives, and engineering best practices while staying close to delivery and implementation. A central part of the role will be driving the modernization journey of the current .NET and MS SQL based platform, helping transition existing on-premises solutions into a cloud environment using AWS. You will identify technical risks, improvement opportunities, and define pragmatic roadmaps for transformation. You will work closely with the Product Owner to balance feature delivery, modernization efforts, technical debt, and operational stability. You will also serve as the team’s main technical counterpart to Architects, translating broader architectural decisions into practical team-level execution. The role also includes supporting the team in technical investigations, root cause analysis, and solving complex issues requiring development expertise. In addition, you will collaborate with suppliers and external partners connected to the team’s delivery area. Who are you and what are your qualifications? We believe you are a senior engineer with strong technical judgment and a passion for modernization and continuous improvement. About Repli5 Repli5 builds computer vision training data for autonomous systems. Our customers are the engineering teams building perception stacks for autonomous vehicles, industrial robots, quality inspection systems. They come to us when their existing datasets are inadequate, and their models fall short. We combine simulation pipelines with generative AI workflows to produce high-fidelity synthetic and augmented training data at scale. That means augmentation of real-world imagery, domain adaptation on rendered scenes, and domain randomisation to cover the rare edge cases that inhibit model performance in production. The Role You will be Repli5's first dedicated commercial hire and the company's primary revenue driver. You'll report directly to the CEO, inherit an active pipeline, and build the sales motion from the ground up. This is not a quota-carrier role inside a mature sales org. You'll define the playbook - ICP targeting, outreach, qualification, pricing, and close. You will eventually hire the team beneath you.
