Dina arbetsuppgifter omfattar bland annat att: Identifiera, utvärdera och kvalificera nya affärsmöjligheter. Leda Bid/No Bid-processer och fatta strategiska beslut kring anbudsarbetet. Utveckla och driva anbudsstrategier som stärker konkurrenskraften. Samordna multidisciplinära team genom hela anbudsprocessen. Säkerställa att tekniska och kommersiella erbjudanden håller hög kvalitet och möter kundens krav. Genomföra risk- och möjlighetsanalyser för att skapa välgrundade affärsbeslut. Delta i kundmöten, förhandlingar och affärsdialoger. Ansvara för en strukturerad överlämning av vunna projekt till projektorganisationen. Vem är du? Vi tror att du har erfarenhet från roller som Bid Manager, Capture Manager, Proposal Manager, Commercial Manager, Engineering Manager, Project Manager eller Project Director. Du är affärsdriven, strategisk och van att leda komplexa anbudsprocesser där många intressenter är involverade. Vi ser gärna att du har: Minst tio års erfarenhet från EPC-, EPCM- eller större industriprojekt. Dokumenterad erfarenhet av att leda och vinna komplexa anbud. Erfarenhet av vunna projekt i storleksordningen cirka 20–200 miljoner kronor. Erfarenhet från energi-, process-, kemi- eller annan processintensiv industri. God förståelse för kommersiella villkor, kontraktsformer och riskhantering. Mycket god kommunikativ förmåga och vana att samarbeta med både kunder och tvärfunktionella team. Flytande svenska och engelska, i såväl tal som skrift. Meriterande: Erfarenhet av internationella projekt. Erfarenhet inom biogas, energi, HVDC, CCS eller vätgas. The opportunity HVDC (High Voltage Direct Current) is a product group within Hitachi Energy that develops, manufactures, and sells DC transmission systems on a global market. HVDC technology is used to transmit electricity over long distances and to connect offshore wind farms to the grid. We are looking for two project engineers to join the Harmonic Analysis team within HVDC. We welcome applications from both entry-level and experienced candidates. In this role, you will work with harmonic analysis, power quality, and electrical system studies for HVDC converter stations. Mechanical Engineer, HVDC Service The Opportunity We are now looking for a Mechanical Engineer for our HVDC Service in Ludvika. We help our customers to increase their profits and to contribute to a more sustainable future. By improving and ensuring the operation of our customers' existing systems and by replacing all, or parts, of the control and HVDC equipment we make this happen. Technology and Engineering within HVDC Service, need you who can take the Plants mechanical technical challenge for our deliveries – find the successful solution to all the way from capture teams via quotation and project delivery to customer taking over. You will face an exciting challenge with Plant mechanical design aspects within a growing market. How You’ll make an impact • You will have exciting and varied work where you will have contact with both customers and suppliers. Electric Power Engineering is part of the Division of Energy Science within the Department of Engineering Sciences and Mathematics. Within Electric Power Engineering, we maintain close collaboration with industry and public authorities through both research projects and student projects. Our research is conducted at a high international standard and is carried out in cooperation with researchers from around the world. In the field of power quality, the subject enjoys a strong international reputation thanks to its world-leading research. Subject description Electric Power Engineering covers studies of sustainable systems for production and transpor-tation of electrical energy, and the interaction between power grid, electricity production, and electricity consumption. Project description The project aims to develop models that describe how HVDC installations affect, and are af-fected by, power quality in electrical networks up to 150 kHz. Measurements will be used to further develop existing models and to distinguish between primary and secondary emissions as well as nonlinear interactions. The results will provide the basis for a generalized model of emission and immunity related to HVDC installations.The study will also investigate network resonances, interactions between multiple HVDC in-stallations, and the effects on transformers and other grid-connected equipment. The project is carried out in collaboration between Luleå University of Technology (LTU) and Hitachi Energy. Duties A PhD position involves both theoretical and practical work. As a doctoral student, you will be trained in scientific research through the publication of journal articles and presentations at national and international conferences. You will also complete both mandatory and elective doctoral courses. In addition, you may have the opportunity to gain teaching experience. As a researcher, you often work as a neutral party in various contexts, providing an excellent opportunity to learn how to manage and contribute to challenging development and research projects. Your work will primarily focus on theoretical modeling and simulations, although laboratory and field measurements may also form part of the research activities. Qualifications You are qualified to apply for this position if you have an MSc or equivalent technical degree with specialization appropriate for research in electrical power engineering such as electrical engineering, electronics, energy, engineering physics or similar areas. Alternatively, an indi-vidual fulfills the general eligibility requirements for the third-cycle educational program when he or she 1) has completed a second-cycle degree, 2) has completed higher education courses worth at least 240 credits, of which at least 60 are for second-cycle courses, or 3) in some other manner, in this country or abroad, has acquired the equivalent qualifications courses in electrical engineering. Advanced knowledge of written and spoken English is re-quired. Previous experience in research, development or research-oriented education in a subject relevant to the tasks is considered a merit. In addition, ability to contribute to the ed-ucation done by the group (in Swedish) is regarded meriting.
