Vi bedriver både konstnärlig och vetenskaplig utbildning/forskning och har idag cirka 900 studenter och 200 anställda. http://www.konstfack.se Den aktuella tjänsten är förlagd vid inriktningen Inredningsarkitektur vid Institutionen för Design, Inredningsarkitektur och Visuell kommunikation (DIV). På DIV bedrivs utbildning och forskning inom design, inredningsarkitektur och visuell kommunikation. Institutionen bedriver utbildningar på kandidat-, master- och forskarnivå. Vid institutionen förenas konstnärlig praktik med kritisk och samhällsorienterad kunskapsutveckling. DIVs forskningsmiljö är under utveckling och som professor förväntas du aktivt leda denna utveckling för inriktningen Inredningsarkitektur. Inom ämnesområdet Inredningsarkitektur och Möbeldesign bedrivs ett treårigt kandidatprogram (180 hp) och ett tvåårigt masterprogram i rumslig gestaltning (120 hp). Kreativa och rumsliga experiment och undersökningar kombineras med möbeldesign och framtagande av prototyper. Utbildningen är yrkesinriktad med teoretiska och praktiska studier förlagda i ritsalar, ateljéer och verkstäder. Studenternas konstnärliga utveckling flätas samman med tekniska, ekologiska, etiska, samt samhälls- och marknadsorienterade kunskaper. Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter Arbetsuppgifterna omfattar: Övergripande ansvar för den konstnärliga och pedagogiska ledningen inom kollegiet såväl som utveckling av ämnesområdet. Att aktivt delta i undervisning på grund-, avancerad- och forskarutbildningsnivå Att bedriva forskning inom ämnesområdet Att leda, utveckla och utöka forskningsmiljön Att initiera forskningsansökningar och söka extern finansiering nationellt och internationellt Att verka för nationell och internationell samverkan med akademi, profession och samhällsaktörer Att delta i Konstfacks gemensamma arbete, samt ingå i Konstfacksövergripande och institutionsspecifika arbetsgrupper Anställningen Anställningen omfattar 60–100 procent av heltid i högst fem år med möjlighet till förnyad anställning i ytterligare högst fem år.
