WHAT WE DO AT QLIRO At Qliro we deliver safe and simple payments. We are a dedicated partner to our merchants who serve their customers every day. We believe that if our merchants grow, we grow. We are a company of dedicated, friendly and highly competent people that together have redefined what Qliro and payments can be. We are now on a journey of scaling our business both here in Sweden and the Nordics. WHAT YOUR TEAM DOES We are now looking for a senior Software Engineer to join Credit & Fraud team, the team at the center of Qliro’s Pay Later platform. What we do here shapes whether customers can pay in a way that actually works for them, and whether we protect them from taking on debt they can’t handle. It’s a dual responsibility, and we take both sides seriously. We’re rebuilding the next generation of this system from the ground up, designed to handle a significant increase in transaction volumes as we scale. Part of what you’ll lead is making this platform ready to operate beyond the Nordics, so the architectural decisions you make now will need to hold up across multiple markets. We’re in the early stages of exploring how AI can help us make better credit and fraud decisions, and we’re honest that this is genuinely complex territory. About Lovable & the Apps Platform Lovable is an AI-powered software creation platform. Millions of users use Lovable to go from idea to working application, generating hundreds of thousands of apps every day. The Lovable Apps Platform is what makes those generated apps actually run in production. The moment a user hits deploy, the Apps Platform takes over — provisioning the database, handling user auth, storing files, serving the app over a custom domain, capturing logs, and metering usage. It's the full backend and hosting layer for every app built on Lovable, designed so creators never have to think about infrastructure to ship something real. The Apps Platform is growing fast, and we're investing heavily in each layer of the stack — building deeper ownership over the services that power our users' apps so we can move faster, scale better, and shape the product experience us and our users actually want. The Role We’re looking for software engineers with a platform mindset to work on the app runtime, deployment pipeline, and the composable managed services we purchase and operate. Some foundational services we buy from 3p partners, others are not available for purchase and you would be the first in the world to build them at scale. You'll keep these services running reliably, manage vendor relationships and migrations, and ensure operational excellence across the stack. What You'll Do * Own the app hosting and deployment pipeline — the runtime that serves user applications in production * Manage and operate composable managed services for storage, logging, workflows etc * Build and maintain custom domains infrastructure, ensuring reliable SSL provisioning and DNS management at scale * Drive vendor evaluation, onboarding, and migration as we continue decomposing our platform from a bundled BaaS to best-of-breed individual services * Establish operational excellence practices: monitoring, alerting, incident response, runbooks, and capacity planning across all managed services What We're Looking For * Experience building and operating distributed systems * Ideally 6+ years of experience in running and developing * Strong background in platform engineering, SRE, or infrastructure operations * Deep understanding of multitenant app hosting infrastructure, container orchestration, or edge runtimes * Vendor management experience: evaluating services, negotiating contracts, planning migrations, and holding vendors accountable for SLAs * Operational mindset: you think in uptime, latency percentiles, cost-per-request, and blast radius Nice to Have * Experience building and operating massively multitenant control planes * Experience operating Cloudflare Workers, Pages, R2, or D1 at scale * Hands on experience contribution to cloud infrastructure or CNCF projects (kubernetes, worked, envoy) * Familiarity with ClickHouse or other columnar databases for log analytics * Experience with managed database services (such as Supabase, Neon, AWS Aurora, Google Cloud SQL etc) * Cost optimization experience — you've driven meaningful infrastructure cost reduction Our tech stack We're building with tools that both humans and AI love. Lovable software engineers are capable of working across the whole stack. Examples of tech in our stack include: * Frontend: React and Typescript. * Backend: Golang and Rust. * Cloud: Cloudflare, GCP, AWS. * Data: Clickhouse, Firestore, Spanner, BigQuery. * DevOps & Tooling: CI/CD pipelines, OTEL, Kubernetes, Terraform. And always on the lookout for what's next! About your application * Please submit your application in English - it’s our company language so you’ll be speaking lots of it if you join * We treat all candidates equally - if you’re interested please apply through our careers portal
Mentimeter is an engagement tool with a clear goal in mind. To turn presentations into conversations. Through real-time interactivity and clear visualizations, we get people to participate, engage and become more productive. Transforming all those passive meetings, airless classrooms and drawn out trainings into valuable and memorable moments. We truly believe that you achieve the best results by doing things together. And that successful leaders need to adopt a curious and collaborative mindset in order to get there. So with you at Mentimeter, you’ll be a big part of the ambition to help over 1 billion people listen, learn and work better together. Summer hiring notice: Due to summer vacations, we will begin the reviewing and interviewing process for this role from August. However, we encourage you to submit your application as soon as possible. THE ROLE: At Mentimeter, organic growth is a core part of how we scale across both self-serve and enterprise. With search evolving quickly, there’s an opportunity to rethink how we show up across queries, use cases, and increasingly AI-driven experiences. We’re looking for an experienced Senior SEO & AI Search Growth Manager to drive Mentimeter’s organic acquisition strategy — making sure high-intent users find us, understand us, and convert through SEO, AI-era discoverability, structured content and localization. You’ll help define the next version of organic discovery at Mentimeter — shaping how we capture demand and stay visible when it matters most. This is a senior, hands-on individual contributor role: you’ll set the strategy and execute it by building and publishing indexable pages directly in our CMS using approved templates/components, while keeping a scalable content architecture across personas and markets. You’ll help shape how Mentimeter is discovered across both traditional search and emerging AI-driven answer experiences. IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL: * Own and execute Mentimeter’s SEO strategy: keyword intent mapping, topic clusters, internal linking, and technical foundations. * Improve discoverability through structured data and modern search practices, including AEO/SGE readiness. * Monitor performance (rankings, traffic, organic registrations) and iterate based on results and search trends. * Plan and lead global SEO content creation with Brand and Product Marketing (PMM), ensuring content matches user intent and business goals. * Build and publish search-optimized, indexable pages in the CMS (titles, headings, meta, canonicals, internal linking, and schema/hreflang where supported). * Maintain a clear, scalable content structure across personas, use cases, and markets — and keep internal linking healthy. * Lead localization efforts so translated content meets search standards and delivers real, unique value in each market. * Partner with CRO to improve conversion without compromising SEO fundamentals; scale winning treatments across templates and markets. * Track the organic funnel end-to-end and identify opportunities to grow reach, engagement, and registrations. Own the organic journey from discovery to registration, ensuring our search strategy attracts high-intent users — not just traffic. * Act as an internal voice of search, helping stakeholders understand important shifts in SEO, AI-driven discovery, and search behavior. YOU’LL COLLABORATE CLOSELY WITH: * Website Growth Manager (priorities, goals, tracking, roadmap input) * Website Optimization / CRO (experiments on indexable pages, scaling winners) * Brand & PMM (themes, messaging, quality, and consistency) * Web PM & Developers (new templates/components, platform improvements) * Sales Enablement (enterprise personas/use cases and content needs) * Analytics (tracking validation, attribution, page-level reporting) WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: You’re the kind of person who can zoom out and set a clear organic strategy — then zoom in and ship pages that perform. * Strong experience in SEO and content growth, typically at least 8+ years. * Deep understanding of technical + semantic SEO, internal linking, structured data, and localization fundamentals. * Proven track record growing organic traffic and converting that traffic into registrations and revenue. * Comfortable owning an SEO/content roadmap and delivering strategy + execution. * Confidence publishing directly in a CMS and ensuring content quality (with strong editorial judgment). * Collaborative, proactive working style across Marketing, CRO, Web, PMM, Sales Enablement and Analytics. * Strong commercial judgment: you know how to prioritize high-intent opportunities and focus on work that drives meaningful business impact, not just rankings. * Good understanding of how search is evolving, including AI-influenced discovery and answer-driven search experiences. Who are you: * The technical specialist: You have 8+ years of experience in high-growth digital companies, with a proven track record of scaling organic traffic into the millions. * AI-native: You understand the data science behind search. You have a working knowledge of how LLMs process information and how to leverage them for content scale. * The change leader: You are a strong communicator who can lead cross-functional teams and act as a central point of enablement, clearing bottlenecks to execute fast. * Data-fluent: You are proficient in SQL, Tableau, or similar tools, allowing you to move beyond "vanity metrics" and report on true pipeline contribution. REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILL SET: * SEO/AEO tools: High level mastery of Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, and AI-driven tools. * Data & analytics: GA4, GSC, SQL, and Google Tag Manager. * CMS expertise: Deep hands-on experience with headless CMS architectures like Contentful or other. * Technical excellence: Deep understanding of internationalization (hreflang at scale), site migrations, and page speed optimization. NOT REQUIRED: * Swedish is not required (as daily work is carried out in English and the Mentimeter team currently boasts 50+ different nationalities) WHAT GOOD LOOKS LIKE (AFTER YOU’VE SETTLED IN) * High-quality SEO pages ship steadily (brief → live), and organic registrations per page trend up over time. * A reduction in content-to-live cycles through automation and modular CMS design. * Clear visibility across priority topics/intents/personas — including presence in snippets/AI results where relevant. * Localized pages rank well and convert in key markets. * CRO collaboration feels smooth: experiments improve conversion and keep search performance healthy. A significant increase in organic traffic with a corresponding uplift in Conversion Rate (CvR) * Stakeholders across the business have better visibility into organic performance and stronger confidence in how search supports growth, empowered by transparent, proactive reporting. * An overall clear progress in how Mentimeter shows up across both traditional search and AI-driven discovery experiences. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 📍 Location: This is a hybrid role at Mentimeter HQ in Stockholm. We use AI as a sparring partner: to bounce ideas, bring new perspectives, support structure, and make our work more efficient. But the meaning, decisions, and interactions always come from people. * AI does not screen or decide on candidates. * There is no automated filtering, ranking, or decision-making in our recruitment process. Every application is reviewed by a person. * Hiring teams may use AI to support their work - for example, to structure notes, prepare interview questions, or organize their thinking. AI strengthens our work, but it does not define it. At Mentimeter, we’re not building an AI-driven hiring process - we’re building a people-first culture, where technology helps us listen, learn, and grow together.
