Assignment description Our client is seeking a Lead Data Engineer Strong consultant that can take the role as first Lead Data Engineer within BI/DWH modernization project. What will you do? As a Platform Engineer you will design, build, and evolve Rebtel's cloud platform and developer infrastructure. You'll play a key role in ensuring our services are reliable, scalable, and secure while enabling engineering teams to deliver faster through modern DevOps practices. Your daily work will span cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability, platform modernization, and close collaboration with engineering teams across the company. The Role We’re looking for software engineers with a platform mindset to work on the app runtime, deployment pipeline, and the composable managed services we purchase and operate. Some foundational services we buy from 3p partners, others are not available for purchase and you would be the first in the world to build them at scale. You'll keep these services running reliably, manage vendor relationships and migrations, and ensure operational excellence across the stack. What You'll Do * Own the app hosting and deployment pipeline — the runtime that serves user applications in production * Manage and operate composable managed services for storage, logging, workflows etc * Build and maintain custom domains infrastructure, ensuring reliable SSL provisioning and DNS management at scale * Drive vendor evaluation, onboarding, and migration as we continue decomposing our platform from a bundled BaaS to best-of-breed individual services * Establish operational excellence practices: monitoring, alerting, incident response, runbooks, and capacity planning across all managed services What We're Looking For * Experience building and operating distributed systems * Ideally 6+ years of experience in running and developing * Strong background in platform engineering, SRE, or infrastructure operations * Deep understanding of multitenant app hosting infrastructure, container orchestration, or edge runtimes * Vendor management experience: evaluating services, negotiating contracts, planning migrations, and holding vendors accountable for SLAs * Operational mindset: you think in uptime, latency percentiles, cost-per-request, and blast radius Nice to Have * Experience building and operating massively multitenant control planes * Experience operating Cloudflare Workers, Pages, R2, or D1 at scale * Hands on experience contribution to cloud infrastructure or CNCF projects (kubernetes, worked, envoy) * Familiarity with ClickHouse or other columnar databases for log analytics * Experience with managed database services (such as Supabase, Neon, AWS Aurora, Google Cloud SQL etc) * Cost optimization experience — you've driven meaningful infrastructure cost reduction Our tech stack We're building with tools that both humans and AI love. We’re looking for an experienced Senior SEO & AI Search Growth Manager to drive Mentimeter’s organic acquisition strategy — making sure high-intent users find us, understand us, and convert through SEO, AI-era discoverability, structured content and localization. You’ll help define the next version of organic discovery at Mentimeter — shaping how we capture demand and stay visible when it matters most. This is a senior, hands-on individual contributor role: you’ll set the strategy and execute it by building and publishing indexable pages directly in our CMS using approved templates/components, while keeping a scalable content architecture across personas and markets. You’ll help shape how Mentimeter is discovered across both traditional search and emerging AI-driven answer experiences. IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL: * Own and execute Mentimeter’s SEO strategy: keyword intent mapping, topic clusters, internal linking, and technical foundations. * Improve discoverability through structured data and modern search practices, including AEO/SGE readiness. * Monitor performance (rankings, traffic, organic registrations) and iterate based on results and search trends. * Plan and lead global SEO content creation with Brand and Product Marketing (PMM), ensuring content matches user intent and business goals. * Build and publish search-optimized, indexable pages in the CMS (titles, headings, meta, canonicals, internal linking, and schema/hreflang where supported). * Maintain a clear, scalable content structure across personas, use cases, and markets — and keep internal linking healthy. * Lead localization efforts so translated content meets search standards and delivers real, unique value in each market. * Partner with CRO to improve conversion without compromising SEO fundamentals; scale winning treatments across templates and markets. * Track the organic funnel end-to-end and identify opportunities to grow reach, engagement, and registrations. Own the organic journey from discovery to registration, ensuring our search strategy attracts high-intent users — not just traffic. * Act as an internal voice of search, helping stakeholders understand important shifts in SEO, AI-driven discovery, and search behavior.
