UX Designer at Logikfabriken We're a consultancy of curious, generous people in tech who care as much about the craft as the team around us. Are you a UX Designer who wants to own the full design process, from discovery to delivery, on complex products that are both data heavy and deeply human? Perfect! 👌 You'd work close to developers, product managers, and stakeholders, balancing user needs with technical and business reality, and designing things that can actually be built, maintained, and evolved over time. You're confident in your work, you do your best thinking when problems get complex, and you want room to make a real impact. You're also someone who's social, clear in your communication, and genuinely enjoys close collaboration. That's a big part of how we work and how we have fun together. EXPERIENCE 5+ years of UX design experience You've worked end to end, from research and concepts through interaction design, prototypes, and follow up in real usage. You're used to making design decisions where technology, business, and user needs all need to be balanced. Experience from SaaS, B2B, internal tools, or complex workflows is a strong plus ✚. You know what it means to design for products that ship continuously, evolve over time, and serve real customers. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Curious and forward leaning. You want to understand users, products, and the problem behind the problem, and you keep an eye on where design and technology are heading next. Always learning, always sharing. You look for ways to learn from others and pass on what you know, whether through pairing, critique, writing, or just thinking out loud in a chat thread. A love for complex problems. Tangled domains, messy edge cases, and unclear requirements energize you rather than scare you off. A collaborative way of working. You share early, invite feedback, and bring others along instead of designing in isolation. Comfortable with AI in your craft. You've adopted AI tools into your own workflow, and ideally also designed AI powered features or products. Strong craft in interaction design, prototyping, and visualizing solutions. Outcome oriented. You don't stop at shipped. You care about whether the design actually moved the needle for users and the business, and you use that to shape what comes next. A pragmatic mindset. Good design that ships beats perfect design that never does. YOUR FIRST ASSIGNMENT You'll join a Swedish SaaS company in the people and culture space as the designer in one of their product teams. You'll be a member of the product trio alongside a product manager and an engineering lead, and you'll own the full design process for the team, from discovery through delivery. You'll also play a real part in shaping how AI shows up in the product. The product helps organizations understand and improve employee engagement, leadership, and wellbeing through continuous feedback and AI driven insights. Expect complex flows, layered data, and users that range from frontline employees to executives. A great fit if you like designing for products that are both data heavy and deeply human. Providing Value & Impact - SwedQ. SwedQ is a consultancy company that has lately proven to have a unique model for those who want to grow, create a legacy, and take on challenges that both add and gain value. Year after year, we have managed to serve clients within a wide range of industries (intentionally excluding gambling and weaponry). During this time, we have also grown steadily, in revenue, in team size, and in the impact of our deliveries. We are now looking for a Senior iOS-developer who wants to be part of the company in a literal sense. That means taking on technical challenges, helping shape how we build things, and getting a portion of the company in the future. If you want to, you can also drive your own ideas forward and implement them with us. You’ll be working closely with skilled engineers, business-minded people, and clients with real demands. That makes it easy to influence decisions, create change, and build things that actually matter. What’s in it for you? The question goes back to you: what do you want? Some people value fixed salaries, pensions, and stability. Others want a bigger share of the upside and are willing to take some risk. Let’s talk that through. One thing is certain—we’ll make sure you find your “it,” whether that’s with us in-house or with our clients. We’ll shape the role to fit both your needs and ours. The good thing? You will be surrounded by people who are technically sharp, ambitious, and generous with what they know. That gives you plenty of room to both teach and learn. And beyond the code, you’ll be close to entrepreneurship, business discussions, and real decision-making. We know, it raises a lot of questions. That’s why we have interviews, right? Who are you: At least 5 years of hands-on experience building and maintaining native iOS applications in production Strong experience with Swift Solid experience with SwiftUI in real-world apps Proven ability to build mobile applications with high standards for quality, usability, and performance Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams together with designers, testers, backend developers, and product owners Strong understanding of app architecture, maintainability, and scalable ways of working over time Experience with Git and modern development workflows A genuine interest in creating excellent user experiences, not just shipping features Understanding of accessibility and a willingness to build solutions that work for more users Ability to take ownership and contribute to technical discussions, not just implementation Strong communication skills in Swedish and English Would be great if you had: Experience from apps with large user volumes or business-critical usage Experience improving app quality through testing, review culture, and better engineering practices Worked closely with design systems and product/design teams Experience mentoring other developers or raising the technical level of a team Familiarity with CI/CD, release flows, and App Store delivery Experience from regulated environments, public sector, mobility, fintech, or other complex domains SwedQ culture SwedQ began with siblings who brought in people they knew. Those people recommended friends, and from there, the company grew further through open head-hunting. Over time, we’ve built a diverse team with different backgrounds, experiences, and insights. We made sure to amplify this diversity by embracing independence and accountability while driving value-creating work. At the same time, we make sure to have fun—with epic football tournaments, unforgettable trips, and great dinners. Perks & Benefits Competitive salary—you decide your preferred salary model Budget to spend on health and gym Generous developer budget Monthly payments into your additional pension fund Private health insurance Private healthcare Office in the city – a stone’s throw from public transport and lunch restaurants Breakfast in the SwedQ office EVERYDAY Support for open-source projects and community engagement Kick-ass colleagues and mentors at every corner Company car (or car allowance) Benefits to make life easier—home cleaning, childcare, and more
We are Bold. An international brand consultancy shaping identities and experiences that move culture, commerce, and industry forward. Across our studios in Stockholm, Copenhagen, Oslo, and London, we unite strategic thinking, curiosity, and passion to build brands that stand for something. Brands that break convention. Brands that last. The Role Bold's Stockholm studio is currently looking for a new Design Director to join the team. This is a senior creative leadership position. You'll take ownership of projects from first brief to final delivery. Setting direction, maintaining standards, guiding teams, and earning the trust of clients over the course of an engagement. You'll be the person in the room who can articulate why something works and what it still needs. But you'll also still be making things. The best design directors we know haven't stopped designing. They've just gotten better at knowing when to get out of the way and when to step in. Expect to be working across brand strategy, brand identity, design systems, and brand activations. For clients that range from established names looking to transform, to ambitious new ones looking to announce themselves. Experience from gaming, entertainment, or other experience-driven industries is a bonus. Qualities Creative leadership. You've led projects and people ideally for 10 or more years, and you know the difference between managing and inspiring. You give feedback that moves work forward. You create conditions where designers can do their best work. A strong point of view. You have opinions about what makes a brand great. You can articulate them clearly, defend them confidently, and update them when you're wrong. Strategic depth. You understand why brand matters, commercially and culturally, and you can connect that understanding to every decision in the work. You're as comfortable thinking about a brand's positioning as you are about its typeface. Craft and rigour. You have high standards and you set them for the team around you. Details matter to you. Systems matter to you. Work that lasts matters to you. Client presence. You can lead a room. You build trust through clarity and conviction, not by telling clients what they want to hear, but by helping them understand what their brand actually needs. Creative Ambition We're not after someone who wants to manage from a distance. We're looking for someone who's still excited by the work, who gets restless when something isn't quite right, and won't sign off until it is. You're considered but decisive. Collaborative but not consensus-dependent. You’re someone who has built things you're proud of, and is now looking for a place to build more. Location Based in Stockholm or willing to relocate. We'll always consider exceptional candidates based elsewhere — but this is a role that benefits from being in the room. Studio Culture We're a studio that takes its work seriously without taking itself too seriously. Our nordic roots shape how we operate: flat structures, genuine collaboration, and a real commitment to life outside the studio. We offer half a day each week set aside for creative pursuits or learning. Not as a perk, but because we believe good work comes from people who stay curious. We're looking for someone who adds to the range of perspectives around the table, while sharing a belief in the kind of environment where people do their best work — and feel good doing it. Benefits Health benefits 5000 sek/year. Workplace benefits: Computer and Phone, Pension Premium, Lunch benefit, Art lottery and more. 30 days paid leave + Swedish public holidays. Half-day of per week for creative pursuits and personal development. Swedish work/live visa process guidance and associated costs. Hybrid (3 days/week in office). Next Steps Send us your portfolio, a few words about where you are in your career and why Bold feels like the right move for you. We'll take it from there. We look forward to hearing from you.
