Vill du vara med och påverka framtidens konstliv i Småland? Konstfrämjandet Småland söker en ung projektledare (15–25 år) till det nystartade projektet Unga Smålandstriennalen. Unga Smålandstriennalen är ett ungdomsdrivet demokrati- och konstprojekt som syftar till att stärka ungas långsiktiga inflytande över konstlivets utveckling i Småland och på Öland. Under projektet kommer unga att organisera sig i lokala grupper, bygga regionala nätverk och utveckla idéer för hur framtidens konstliv kan bli mer relevant, tillgängligt och inkluderande. Vi söker dig som vill vara med och bygga upp projektet från grunden tillsammans med andra unga. Du behöver inte vara färdig projektledare när du börjar – det här är en möjlighet att lära sig genom att göra. Du kommer att arbeta nära en erfaren projektadministratör som fungerar som mentor, stöd och bollplank genom hela projektet. Projektet genomförs med stöd från Myndigheten för ungdoms- och civilsamhällesfrågor (MUCF) och i samverkan med flera av regionens ledande konstinstitutioner. Om tjänsten Tjänsten är en visstidsanställning på 50 procent under perioden september 2026 till augusti 2027 med en grundlön på 28000kr. Dina huvudsakliga uppgifter: Du ingår i samlingsförvaltningsenheten vid museets samlingsavdelning. I rollen som koordinator administrerar du utlån från Nationalmuseums samlingar. Du registrerar låneärenden i databasen, bereder underlag till lånemöten, upprättar dagordning och skriver protokoll. Du kommunicerar aktivt med låntagare och upprättar avtal, svarar för att föremålen är försäkrade, att all logistik sköts professionellt och följer upp låneärenden med att fakturera låntagare samt arkivera dokumentation. Du samordnar aktiviteter och samarbetar med andra koordinatorer, kuratorer, konservatorer, packmästare och andra yrkesgrupper på museet, samt till en stor del med externa samarbetsparter. Dessutom arbetar du med samordning av samlingspresentationen i museibyggnaden på Blasieholmen och på andra utställningsplatser, särskilt i relation till utlån från samlingarna. Du kan också komma att få ansvar för de administrativa uppgifterna i utställningsprojekt, exempelvis vandringsutställningar, där du har övergripande ansvar för projektplanering och i vissa projekt också för projektledning. ABOUT THE ROLE As a Senior Network Engineer within the Connectivity area at Betsson Group, you will work hands-on with production network infrastructure that underpins our customer-facing platforms.
