HR Operations Specialist - Maternity Leave Cover

managers? Then you might be our new HR Operations Specialist for the next year!
At SHAPING NEW TOMORROW, we are looking for an HR Operations Specialist to join our HR team for a maternity leave cover of
approximately one year. You will play an important role in keeping our daily HR operations running smoothly across our
international organization.
Ensuring best-in-class HR operations
As our HR Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for a wide range of HR operational tasks, working closely with the HR
Manager to ensure that we provide accurate, efficient, and high-quality service to our organization.
Overall, your tasks will involve:
- Becoming the super-user of our HR systems (HiBob & Teamtailor), ensuring compliant, effective, and accurate employee data
management.
Managing employee documentation, including drafting standard employment contracts and contract addendums.
Being responsible for TT38 feedback dialogues.
Being responsible for recruitment processes.
Writing and posting job advertisements.
Managing on- and offboarding tasks and procedures for employees.
- Supporting relevant actions and tasks related to the annual HR wheel, such as performance reviews, engagement surveys, salary
adjustments, and more.
Being responsible for our Social Shaper Squad, planning, organizing and executing social events across the organization.
We imagine
You will have at least 2 years of experience working with HR operations.
You are tech-savvy and possess a strong sense of data discipline and attention to detail.
You preferably have experience with TT38 Talent Test
You are fluent in Danish and English as a prerequisite, both in written and verbal form.
As a person, you have a strong service mindset, communication skills, and organizational understanding.
