Strong focus on implementing standardised templates throughout the entire Knowledge Base. * Translate complex product or technical concepts into clear, easy-to-understand content for clients. * Help ensure external help content is well-structured and easy to navigate. 🤖 AI Process Integration * Assist in the translation of internal workflows into AI-ready process documentation. * Help maintain content compatible with tools like Zendesk Co-Pilot and Forethought AI. What we're looking for:  Must-haves: * Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Business, Engineering or a related field. * Please note that this is an operational internship focused entirely on hands-on content work. We are not able to accommodate thesis or research-based internship requirements. * Exceptional written English with a knack for simplifying complex topics. * Ready for a challenge. This internship requires a lot of process learning in a short time! * Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and consistency. * Structured and great problem solver * Excellent communication and team working skills * Available for a full-time internship for 6 months Nice-to-haves: * Any experience with documentation or knowledge base tools (e.g., Zendesk, Notion, Confluence, Salesforce). * Interest in AI tools and automated support workflows. * A portfolio of writing samples — academic or professional.
