Oversee the kitchen operations during service and ensure smooth workflow.

Completed education or degree from a recognized university or college, such as a 3-year Hotel Management degree.
At least 5 years of relevant professional education and/or work experience in Indian cuisine, particularly in Tandoori cooking and related culinary techniques.
Experience in preparing North Indian, South Indian, and Awadhi cuisine.
At least half of your practical experience must have been gained working in a restaurant or hotel of a high standard.
knowledge of traditional Indian cooking techniques and spices, especially in Tandoori cooking.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment.
