Monumental is automating on-site construction with robotics and software. Our mission is to make construction software-defined and
autonomous - a future where beautiful, bespoke buildings go up in a single day, with minimal labour.
We're a growing team of engineers, operators and technicians from companies like Palantir, Qualcomm, Dyson, Shopify, Tesla, Meta
and Google DeepMind. It's still the early days of building the company, and this is a chance to make an outsized impact on a
problem that matters. From day one, you’ll be working with an experienced founding team, backed by a $32M Series B led by Khosla
Ventures and Plural.
Monumental is based in the city centre of Amsterdam, in a beautiful facility with an fully equipped workshop and robot testing
floor. We build the whole stack in-house - hardware and software, we're explicitly not a hybrid or remote-first company - you
can't build robots or walls from home, so we're onsite five days a week.
Read more on why we believe you should spend your time working on construction, and learn about our vision and company. You might

looks like.
About the role
Over the last few years, Monumental has gone from developing a product that works and delivering our first pilots to building at
scale - a fleet of 150+ robots that have laid bricks for 90+ homes, a school, a community centre, a hotel, and 150+ m of canal
walls.
We're taking on more construction projects - "deployments" - every month, with more robots, more people, and now in new markets as
we scale from the Netherlands into the UK and US.
We're hiring versatile operators who want to run a deployment as if it were their own business. Behind every one of these projects
is a Deployment Manager who owns it end to end. In practice this is five jobs in one: site foreman, operations manager, account
executive, analyst, and project manager. You make the build plan, deploy yourself with your team on site as a subcontractor,
manage the contractor relationship, and take responsibility for delivering quality walls, finished on time - in construction, one
of the most chaotic industries there is. Your goal will be to run multiple deployments in parallel, overseeing complex and high
stakes projects.
One day you're up at dawn, travelling to site, cutting bricks, running the schedule, working with the general contractor and
watching your build plan go up brick by brick. The next you'll be at our facility analysing your deployment's P&L and building the
systems that improve your margin on the next deployment. You’ll own delivery and translating friction you observe on-site to our
R&D team.
This is hard, on-site operations, and some of the most rewarding work you'll find. Robots break, weather turns, the contractor
changes the plan, and it's on you to keep the build moving.
You'll have an extraordinary amount of autonomy. It's an excellent fit if you've founded a company before, or if you're looking
for an entrepreneurial role where you can make outsized impact.
What you’ll do
and make both a day-to-day operational plan while also thinking about the bigger picture and how your decisions impact our unit
economics.

building scaffolds, the CEOs of the biggest general contractors, and our engineers, all on the same day.

About the Role We're looking for a Courier Specialist to own and scale Workwize's global courier network. You'll take ownership of a complex, multi-market operational domain — integrating new couriers across our warehouse and supplier network globally, and managing the performance of those already live. Workwize is a global IT lifecycle platform. When a company hires or offboards an employee, we manage the full equipment journey — procuring, delivering, retrieving, and warehousing devices on their behalf. The courier network is what makes that delivery promise real. By integrating premium couriers directly, we give clients complete visibility and control over every asset movement. The network is growing fast — and this role exists to build and manage it. This role is for someone who wants to own something structurally important — not coordinate, not report, not assist. You will operate across a fragmented landscape of external partners and internal teams, driving outcomes through influence, data, and rigour. Influence without authority is the default — you'll need to earn alignment, not assume it. What You'll Do Courier Integration & Expansion * Own the end-to-end onboarding of new courier integrations across Workwize's warehouse and supplier network * Manage both integration tracks: warehouse (consistent partner set) and supplier (varied stakeholders per market) * Drive active pipeline integrations to completion and identify new courier partners where gaps exist * Work with Technology to scope and deliver technical integrations for each new courier Courier Performance Management * Own ongoing performance of integrated couriers — SLA adherence, tracking quality, escalation handling * Run structured performance reviews with courier partners and hold them accountable to commitments * Diagnose performance gaps using data and lead structured improvement initiatives end-to-end Courier Development * Build the processes and frameworks that make the courier network scalable and consistent as it grows * Define SLAs across the network where none currently exist * Identify structural gaps in coverage, cost, and performance — and drive solutions proactively What We're Looking For * ~2 years of experience in consulting, operations, logistics, or project management * Structured thinker — defines the problem before designing the solution * Strong analytical skills — comfortable using data to diagnose issues and validate improvements * Ownership mentality — sees things through end-to-end without needing to be managed * Comfortable operating across a fragmented, multi-party landscape without direct authority * Clear communicator in English — written and verbal * Experience in a fast-growth or scaling environment is a strong plus Bonus if you have: * Direct experience in carrier or logistics partner management * Background in contract negotiation or SLA design with external partners * Exposure to last-mile delivery, courier integrations, or tracking platforms * Consulting background looking to move into operational ownership — this is a strong environment for that transition Workwize Offers * Flexible hybrid work environment. * Top-notch tools and equipment provided. * Vibrant, entrepreneurial culture with opportunities for growth. * Off-sites and multi-yearly team bonding events. * Team lunches and surprise events to keep things fun. * Pension scheme. * Classpass corporate membership. Our Team Becoming part of Workwize means making an impact. We make sure that we will contribute to the change in the way of working. For us it is also important that we make an impact on our employees, that they feel challenged and ease. We consist of a rapid growing and ambitious team with all different backgrounds.
