Your Role As a Full Cycle Sales Representative, i.e. also known as 360 Recruitment Consultant, you'll build your “own business within our business" by creating a network of clients and filling their job vacancies with your network of freelancers. * Client and Candidate Management: Maintain close connections with managers and build a network of candidates to meet their specific requirements. * New Business Development: Independently acquire new clients and candidates by phone. * Deal Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate deals to secure mutually beneficial agreements for both parties. * Primary Contact: Be the go-to person for your candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process. What You Bring * Motivation and Ambition: Thrive in a team-oriented environment focused on results. * Experience: Sales experience is a plus but not required. As an Account Executive on our Mid-Market Sales team, you will assist in Datadog’s overall business growth by strategically engaging and closing net-new customers across mid-to-large size organizations. Sellers follow a well-defined methodology, collaborate with internal stakeholders, identify the customer's unique needs, and clearly convey the value of the Datadog product. Mid-Market reps have the opportunity to grow their careers in Sales and continue contributing to Datadog team success.
