You'll support annual merit, promotion, and variable/incentive compensation cycles end to end, including planning, modeling, award generation, payroll/equity reconciliation, and post-cycle analysis. * Build and improve compensation systems. You'll maintain and enhance the compensation tooling, job catalog, and databases used by the People and Recruiting teams, and design automations that reduce manual work and error. * Support M&A integration. You'll provide compensation analysis and support for mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence, harmonizing pay structures, and integrating acquired employees into Robinhood's programs. * Further AI and automation across the function. You'll use AI and modern tooling to enhance and streamline benchmarking, analysis, communications, and reporting, making processes faster and more accurate. * Partner cross-functionally. You'll work with People Partners, HRIS, Finance, and Legal on year-round initiatives and ad-hoc analyses, ensuring clean data flows and clear communication.
