This role will sit in a team responsible for launching new products and services and have day-to-day responsibility for our pension splitting work with amicable, another company in Octopus Group. This is a client-facing role where you will own pension-related work within divorce cases and act as the primary point of contact throughout the lifecycle of each case. You will produce Pension on Divorce Expert reports using our pension calculation tools, while ensuring clients feel supported, informed, and confident during what is often a complex and sensitive period. The role is not actuarial and does not involve expert witness work. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT (CORE FOCUS) * Act as the primary point of contact for clients. * Build strong, trusted relationships with clients throughout the divorce process. * Communicate potentially complex pension matters in a clear, calm, and accessible way. * Provide reassurance and guidance to clients dealing with sensitive financial and personal circumstances. * Manage expectations proactively, ensuring clients are kept informed at every stage. * Lead client discussions and maintain a consistent, high-quality client experience from instruction through to completion. * Act as an introducer to other Octopus Group companies and services.
