ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Backend & DevOps Engineer with strong programming skills in Node.js and/or Python and a good understanding of
production environments.
This role combines backend development with DevOps responsibilities. You will contribute to developing, deploying, supporting, and
improving backend services while helping ensure that applications run reliably in production.
You will work closely with development and operations teams to troubleshoot technical issues, improve operational processes, and
deliver stable and maintainable solutions.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Develop and maintain backend applications and services using Node.js and/or Python.
Support the deployment and operation of applications in production environments.
Troubleshoot backend, deployment, runtime, and integration issues.
Contribute to DevOps and application delivery processes.
Improve operational processes through scripting and automation.
Monitor application and system behaviour and help resolve production issues.
Identify opportunities to improve application performance, stability, and reliability.
Collaborate with development and operations teams throughout the application lifecycle.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Strong programming skills in Node.js and/or Python.
Professional experience in backend development.
Good understanding of production environments.
Understanding of DevOps practices and deployment processes.
Ability to troubleshoot backend applications and production-related issues.
Ability to write clear, maintainable code and automation scripts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good collaboration and communication skills.
Good written and spoken English.
