The role We're looking for a CEO to lead Seidr forward and be the face of the company to investors, customers and partners. You'll own recruiting and team-building together with our venture studio REspire and our CTO Aman, and take on the full range of responsibilities that come with leading an early-stage startup. Aman leads product and engineering, and we'll be growing the tech team further over time. Your main day-to-day focus will be commercial: direct, outbound sales to developers of energy-intensive projects, alongside shaping the business model and pricing as we move from pilot to scale. What we're looking for Above all, someone who wants to build a startup and understands what that actually takes: grit, resourcefulness, and the ability to move fast with limited resources. Previous startup experience is a strong signal of this, but not the only way to show it. You should have solid experience in business development and B2B sales. Experience from data center development, or development of other power-intensive industry (Power-to-X, renewables, heavy industry), is a strong plus. Location & setup We'd prefer someone based in Norway who can work from our office in Asker, but we're open to strong candidates based elsewhere. We're also open to starting part-time and ramping up as the company grows. A note on stage and risk This is a pre-seed startup, not a conventional job. Until we close funding, which you'll be directly involved in raising, there is no fixed salary. We're open to pragmatic solutions along the way, such as a part-time period, but you should go into this with your eyes open and a genuine appetite for that kind of risk.
