As a Customer Service and Operation Specialist, you will be responsible for performing all operational tasks related to the role.
You will be in daily contact with customers to ensure the best possible service outcomes. The role also includes registering and
following up on relevant invoices.
Key Responsibilities
Handling of customer request and vessel bookings via phone and email and digital
Support daily vessel operations and planning in close coordination with customers, agencies and terminals
Following and processing of internal and external invoices
Ensure day to day communication with customer about schedules, and other operational requirements
What We’re Looking For
At least 3 years of business experience,
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes,
Ability to adapt to flexible working hours in line with operational needs,
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities,
Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset,
Strong communication skills in English,
Good numeracy skills with high attention to detail,
Proficiency in Excel,
High level of drive and enthusiasm.
