The team
The Product Analytics team sits at the intersection of data, product, business and engineering. We are a highly motivated group
aligned in our quest to disrupt the multi-billion dollar ad-tech industry. You will collaborate with a carefully selected,
diverse, and globally distributed team spanning customer success, engineering, data science, design, product and more.
Why This Role
As our Product Analyst, you will own the analytical layer that keeps our product honest and fast. You will pair deep product
intuition with strong SQL skills and AI-accelerated workflows to diagnose issues, surface insights, and move faster than a
traditional analyst role. This is not just about building dashboards — you will shape how we understand our product, automate
recurring investigation work with LLM tools, and directly influence product and engineering decisions with data. If you love going

Are you ready for your next ride? ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE: * Providing expertise and collaborating with stakeholders to generate new product feature ideas and improvements, and also estimating the potential impact of planned projects. * Continuously engaging with the product squads to gain an understanding of the problems that need to be solved, gathering requirements, and defining the best deliverables to match the business needs. * Having full ownership of your analysis, from ideation to communication of results and making recommendations to all levels of the company including senior management and prioritization committees. * Developing and evaluating A/B test experiments or other analyses to measure and report the performance of released features, ensuring that we are launching the correct changes and features in our apps. * Working closely with our developers and data engineers to create and capture data that is aligned with the business logic and allows modeling and analysis. * Being involved throughout the complete product lifecycle in order to guarantee a data-driven process. * Bringing new insights and championing them using your analyses, dashboards, and good storytelling! WHAT THE JOB IS ABOUT As a Business Analyst, you are the bridge between business needs and technical solutions, transforming customer goals and challenges into structured business and functional requirements. Your role spans the full lifecycle of projects, from preparation and design to delivery and post-go-live support, ensuring solutions align with stakeholder expectations and industry standards. Your responsibilities will include: Business Process Analysis and Design: • Mapping and analyzing current business processes and designing future-state processes. • Developing and maintaining business process models. • Proposing process improvements and assessing their organizational and technical impact. Requirements Gathering and Analysis: • Identifying, analyzing, and translating stakeholder needs into structured requirements. • Conducting workshops to refine and validate requirements with stakeholders and end users. • Collaborating with stakeholders to define acceptance criteria and document user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows. • Assisting Product Owners at customer side in managing and prioritizing the project backlog. Project Implementation and Support: • Supporting solution delivery through validation of functional analyses, enhancement requests, and ticket resolutions. • Participating in scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. • Communicating project progress, changes, and challenges to stakeholders, providing regular reports. • Refining requirements, assigning tasks to customers, and offering support on these. • Gathering and mapping data, validating test cases, and preparing solution handovers.
