WHAT YOU'LL DO
As an Associate Google Ads (PPC) Consultant, you are at the beginning of an exciting journey into performance marketing. You will
be given a structured learning path and will be backed by a strong team of senior specialists who will mentor you, help you get
off to a great start, and gradually give you more responsibility as you grow.
Your daily routine will revolve around data, learning the advertising platforms, and understanding business goals.
- Hands-on Learning & Execution: You will learn the mechanics of performance marketing across platforms like Google Search,
YouTube, Google Shopping, and Display. You will assist in setting up campaigns, conducting keyword research, and monitoring
budgets.
- Deep Dives & Optimization: You will be trained to dive into campaign structures, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking.
You will learn how to read data, spot trends, and make adjustments to improve performance.
- Client Support & Reporting: You will support our senior consultants by preparing performance reports, pulling data, and
eventually joining client meetings to observe, take notes, and understand how to translate data into strategic advice.
EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING
This is an entry-level role, so we don't expect you to know everything from day one. Whether you are a recent graduate, have
completed a relevant internship, or have simply built a strong theoretical understanding of paid search on your own, we want to
hear from you.
The most important thing for us is your motivation, your analytical mindset, and your hunger to learn. You thrive in a fast-paced
environment and are excited by the prospect of becoming a performance marketing specialist.
- Analytical Mindset: We are looking for someone who is comfortable with numbers and data. You should enjoy looking at
spreadsheets, figuring out the "why" behind the metrics, and solving logical problems.
- Foundation & Drive: While 0-1 years of practical experience is perfectly fine, you should already know the basic concepts of
Google Ads, PPC, or digital marketing in general.
- Curiosity for AI: We would love to see an interest in AI and automation. It is a big plus if you are curious about how new AI
tools (like ChatGPT for ad copy or automated scripts) can be utilized to make marketing workflows smarter and more efficient.
Language: Fluent in English (both written and spoken), as this is our corporate language and essential for daily communication.
