Inside Sales Manager, you’ll work at the intersection of customer intent, product signals, inbound requests and consultative
selling, helping users and teams realize greater value from think-cell.
Rather than relying on traditional cold outbound, you’ll engage customers already interacting with the product through trials,
adoption trends, expansion activity, and inbound interest. You’ll own opportunities end-to-end, from discovery through closing,
while helping shape a modern product-led sales motion within EMEA.

As Senior Creative Strategist, you will shape how our brand shows up across paid social, YouTube, creator partnerships, and organic channels. Your focus will be turning our brand strategy into clear, practical creative direction that works in-market. This means defining how the brand comes to life across ads, creators, and content formats in a way that is consistent, distinctive, and effective. You will work closely with creators, agencies, and internal teams to bring that direction to life through high-quality short-form video and social creative. In partnership with the paid social team, you will help define the creative testing roadmap, using campaign insights and performance learnings to understand what resonates and continuously improve creative effectiveness over time. Paid social and online video are key channels for rapid learning and iteration. You will use those learnings to strengthen how we show up across channels and help evolve how the brand is expressed going forward. What You’ll Do * Own the creative testing roadmap: define hypotheses, test, learn, and iterate on creative concepts, hooks, creator types etc. * Partner with the paid social performance marketing team to learn how ads are performing and determine what to test next. * Use insights and performance data to improve creative output and messaging * Brief and manage creators and internal teams to deliver high-quality short-form video content * Review creator-submitted outlines, rough cuts, and final edits to ensure the work stays on brief before it goes live. * Define how AutoScout24 app/site moments show up inside creator content so the work is useful and credible, not just branded entertainment. * Build and manage a small roster of creators who represent the brand authentically * Ensure consistency across paid and organic social channels * Explore AI tools and workflows to improve creative speed and efficiency What You’ll Bring * 8+ years of experience in brand, social creative, content strategy, or similar roles * Strong experience working with creators and short-form content production * Solid understanding of platforms like Meta, YouTube, and TikTok * Proven ability to turn brand ideas into effective ads and social content * Data-informed mindset with strong creative judgment (no heavy analytics required) * Experience briefing and managing creators and creative production * Comfortable making clear go/no-go creative decisions * Hands-on experience using AI tools for creative production or iteration * Fluent English and German skills at minimum C1 level * Experience scaling creator-led or UGC content strategies; experience working in international or multi-market environments is a plus What This Role Is Not A community or social media management role A pure performance marketing or media buying role A traditional brand campaign role focused only on large launches An agency coordination role without creative ownership A culture of growth With over 50 nationalities represented, we’re proud to welcome people of all backgrounds to our growing community, and we’re always finding new ways to help people feel welcomed and included. Key Responsibilities: * Own and close a blended pipeline of product-led outbound opportunities driven by adoption, usage patterns, and expansion signals, alongside inbound opportunities including trial and demo requests. * Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts by analyzing adoption trends, license growth, and customer engagement. * Prioritize and manage a portfolio of high-potential unmanaged accounts with clear commercial focus and operational discipline. * Manage full sales cycles from qualification through negotiation and closing across both existing customers and prospects, including product demos and user enablement. * Engage high-intent accounts and users through consultative discovery, product demos, trainings, and multi-threading across stakeholders and teams. * Execute post-trial and post-engagement follow-up strategies to increase conversion, drive adoption, and pipeline growth. * Primary focus area for this role will be the GCC region; however, you can occasionally expect to work with customers from other geographies as well. You will be great for this position if you have * 1-2+ years of experience in SaaS sales, ideally in SDR/BDR, Commercial Account Executive, product-led sales (PLS), or inbound sales roles. * Strong consultative selling skills, comfortable running full cycle deals . * Understanding of common GTM tools (e.g. Salesforce.com, Outreach.io) and proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Highly coachable, curious, and proactive, capable of operating in an entrepreneurial and fast-moving sales environment. * Organized and detail oriented with strong follow-up discipline. * Winning attitude with proven achievement of revenue targets. * Appreciation of our product - willingness to understand think-cell’s products and value is a must (don’t worry, it’s very intuitive); experience with think-cell is a plus. * Experience selling into GCC markets. * Willingness to work on-site in our Dubai office (2-3 days per week) * Fluency in English is required. Professional proficiency in Arabic is a strong advantage. Purpose of Position Take charge of managing and developing sales and revenue pipeline, focusing on securing high-revenue merchants for our network. Expected to achieve sales targets and contribute to the team's objectives through your results-driven and client centric approach. Key Tasks * Drive Sales Success: Focus on achieving ambitious sales targets through the effective use sales skills and various sales methods. Skills & Expertise * Over 3 years of experience in commercial roles, focusing on new business development in SaaS sales, digital marketing, affiliate marketing, B2B marketplaces or related industries. * Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a strong ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities. * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, dedicated to finding out what the client needs to offer them the right Awin product and service. * Strong communication skills, with native proficiency in Spanish, business fluency in English, enabling effective interaction with clients and stakeholders at various levels of seniority. * Self-driven and commercially savvy, capable of independently managing projects in a fast-paced international environment.
