ABOUT GROVER Founded in 2015, Grover enables consumers and businesses across Europe to subscribe to tech devices and comprehensive technology solutions - from individual smartphones, laptops, and wearables to full corporate device setups. The company offers access to over 1,000 unique tech items on flexible and financially convenient terms. A pioneer of the circular economy, Grover refurbishes and recirculates devices to help eliminate e-waste. To continue this incredible adventure, we are currently looking for a Sr. Marketing Strategy Manager to join our talented Growth & Marketing team. This is a full-time position based at our Berlin HQ, with a hybrid setup of 3 office days per week. Reporting directly to our Director of Growth & Marketing, you will act as the analytical backbone of the Marketing & Growth function. Through a mix of cross-functional collaboration and direct ownership, you will use data to drive the strategy and performance of our marketing across all channels. Your scope is broad: from delivering our marketing data strategy and onboarding new tooling, to building out reporting, owning analysis, and launching your own performance-improving initiatives. This is a high-leverage role where your work directly shapes how we acquire customers and scale efficiently. 🎯 What you will own & build: * Marketing Data Strategy: Help deliver our marketing data strategy, including the onboarding of new marketing data tooling and the refresh of our MMM/MTA capabilities with an external partner. * Reporting & Monitoring: Build the framework and monitoring suite through which we review the performance of our product catalogue and sales channels, turning many disparate but correlated marketing channels into actionable intelligence. * Analysis & Insight: Own the analysis across the Growth & Marketing function, self-serving your own data and answering the questions that matter most to our commercial performance. * CAC & Spend Optimization: Build our understanding of marginal CAC and how to maximize spend across channels - scaling efficiently while improving performance. * Decision-Making & Initiatives: Go beyond analytics production - own decisions off the back of your analysis, and start and deliver your own initiatives that improve marketing ROI. * Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Growth & Marketing, Category Management, Commercial Strategy, and Product to make data the driver of commercial decisions. 🤝 What you bring: * SQL Mastery: Strong experience writing complex SQL (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, or similar) - you pull your own data and self-serve your own answers in the data warehouse. * Marketing Analytics Depth: Deep experience with analytics within a Marketing or Commercial function, ideally in a fast-paced e-commerce or B2C environment. * Proven Impact: You have demonstrably improved key marketing outcome metrics elsewhere - increased conversion, decreased CAC, improved ROI. * Ownership Beyond Analysis: Experience owning decision-making off the back of analytics and executing against those decisions - not just producing dashboards. * Cross-Functional Fluency: A track record of working effectively across teams and translating data into action for commercial stakeholders. * Mindset: Curious, commercially minded, approachable, collaborative, and an effective builder. * Bonus Points: Experience with Snowflake, DBT, and Looker, and an understanding of the mechanics of key performance marketing channels (Google Shopping, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.). 🚀 The Grover Way - How We Drive Success: * Own It: We take ownership seriously and define what success looks like. We drive shared ownership and don't wait - we drive. We keep one another accountable and take responsibility when issues arise. * Challenge, Decide, and Commit: We engage in proactive support, active listening, and healthy conflict to reach the best outcomes. We value diverse perspectives and, once a decision is made, we commit to it fully. * Empower and Grow: We enable, trust, and coach one another toward high performance, always thinking and acting like owners. We seek growth, apply feedback, and support the development of our peers. * Respect, Transparency, and Clarity: We strive for clear, respectful, and open communication with no surprises. We simplify complex information so everyone knows the "what, why, and how". ❤️🔥 What you will love about us: * BVG monthly discount to drive you everywhere in Berlin * Coaching with the Fürstenberg Institut * Physical health support with Urban Sports Club * Annual learning budget of 750€ * 15 remote business days to work abroad * Exclusive Grover Tech discount for you & your loved ones * Engaging, open office located in Berlin-Schöneberg with regular events, and is dog-friendly * A diverse global team of 75 nationalities (and counting!) - genuinely the nicest group of colleagues who will soon become friends Embark on a rewarding journey with the Grover Rocketship, where your impact is felt, and together, we cultivate a more circular world. 💚 We are looking forward to e-meeting you! 🚀

Role Purpose: Own the multi-product portfolio strategy for Digital Initiatives — a function that operates as a combination of lean and agile with strong process guardrails. Set the long-range product vision, define what success looks like across active and passive safety, build and lead a senior product management organization, and drive the integration of agentic AI across the product development lifecycle to accelerate delivery velocity and customer outcomes. ABOUT THE ROLE At Humanetics, we put customers at the heart of everything we do. We deliver innovative connected products across active and passive safety, protecting humans in motion in critical environments. We are hiring a Senior Director of Product Management to lead the next chapter of our software portfolio. This is a leadership-level role responsible for the full multi-product strategy across Digital Initiatives and training onboarding of product managers in other parts of the organization. The ideal candidate is a seasoned product leader who has scaled product organizations, owned portfolio-level outcomes, and has hands-on experience driving agentic AI adoption across the product development lifecycle. They will lead a team spanning associate to senior product managers and partner with engineering, DevSecOps, and design. OBJECTIVES OF THIS ROLE * Own the portfolio strategy, multi-year roadmap, and revenue plan across active and passive safety. * Drive agentic AI integration across the SDLC — advancing Digital Initiatives from Assisted to Supervised Autonomous workflows. * Define and deliver metrics to reframe investment from headcount efficiency to portfolio-level throughput, driven by the agentic AI transformation. * Build and scale the product management function across a range of associate to senior product managers, and lead training and onboarding of product managers in other parts of the organization. * Represent product leadership in board, customer, and analyst forums. RESPONSIBILITIES * Define the multi-product portfolio strategy and translate executive priorities into roadmaps aligned across engineering, DevSecOps, design, GTM, and customer success. * Lead and develop the PM team across a range of associate to senior product managers, driving growth, accountability, and execution excellence. * Champion agentic AI in product workflows — from research and competitive analysis to PRD authoring, prototyping, and analytics — and codify role-based playbooks. * Refine product operating standards for AI: Definition of Ready, PRD quality gates, reviewer matrices, feature catalogs, and post-launch reviews. * Own the revenue plan across the solution portfolio, aligning roadmap investment with revenue commitments by product line in partnership with finance, sales, sales enablement, and marketing. * Serve as the executive-level voice of the customer through customer councils and continuous VoC feedback loops. * Partner with marketing on positioning, pricing, packaging, and competitive intelligence across the portfolio. * Champion AI-fluency hiring and AI-augmented ways of working across product, engineering, and design. REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS * 15+ years of product management experience, including 7+ years managing other product managers. * Demonstrated success owning a multi-product B2B SaaS or connected-software portfolio. * Proven ability to translate customer and market insight into product investment that drives measurable revenue growth. * AI tool fluency: hands-on use of AI assistants (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot), AI-augmented prototyping (Figma Make, Vercel v0), and AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code) across the PM workflow — sufficient to credibly lead an AI-fluent product-engineering partnership. * Agentic AI experience: track record of bringing agentic AI practices (tool use, multi-step workflows, human-in-the-loop, supervised autonomy) into a product organization. * Track record of defining and operating against measurable productivity and velocity metrics (e.g., story-points-based SDLC velocity, delivery velocity per engineering dollar). * Experience building and owning revenue plans across a software portfolio, including translating roadmap investment into revenue commitments and partnering with finance and GTM on the operating plan. * Proven ability to lead through influence at the C-suite and board level, including delivering executive-grade written and verbal communication. * Proven success overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle across multiple product lines. * Exceptional writing, editing, and executive-communication skills. PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in computer science, engineering, product design, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or MS) is a plus. * Prior experience in connected hardware/software platforms, industrial software, automotive, aerospace, or test-and-measurement domains. * Industry familiarity with test certification labs or automotive proving grounds. * Familiarity with regulated environments (e.g., EU CRA, ISO 27001, TISAX, IEC 62443). * Familiarity with build-vs-buy frameworks, partner-ecosystem management, and M&A diligence. * Direct experience scaling a product organization through an inflection (e.g., post-acquisition integration, GTM expansion, or AI transformation).
