In dieser Rolle berichtest du an den Warehouse Operations Manager und bist die treibende Kraft auf der Lagerfläche. Dein Hauptziel ist es, die reibungslose, tägliche Ausführung der Inbound-, Picking-, Packing-, Shipping/Outbound- und Inventurprozesse zu überwachen. Du sorgst dafür, dass die Abläufe optimal laufen, die Bestände korrekt sind und das Team voll ausgebildet sowie motiviert ist, die täglichen Ziele zu erreichen. 🎯 DEIN BEITRAG ZUM ERFOLG: * Teamführung: Direkte Führung und Supervision der Fulfillment-, Inbound- und Outbound-Lagerteams mit bis zu 15 direkt unterstellten Mitarbeitenden. * Täglicher Hallenbetrieb: Leitung des täglichen Betriebs, um einen nahtlosen Auftragsfluss zu gewährleisten, sowie Steuerung gerätespezifischer Wareneingangs- und Warenausgangsbewegungen unter Einhaltung eines konstanten und effizienten Arbeitstempos. * Mentoring & Onboarding: Schulung, Onboarding und Mentoring des Lagerpersonals, um sicherzustellen, dass alle optimal für die Erfüllung von Leistungs-, Sicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards gerüstet sind. * WMS-Experte vor Ort: Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) für mobile Lagerverwaltungssysteme (WMS) und Scansysteme sowie Sicherstellung einer strikten Bestandsgenauigkeit durch regelmäßige Überwachung und sofortige Fehlerbehebung. * Prozessoptimierung: Überwachung der Teamleistung und Unterstützung des Operations Managers bei der Beseitigung von Engpässen sowie bei der Umsetzung von Prozessverbesserungen. * Sicherheit & Compliance: Gewährleistung der strikten Einhaltung von Standardarbeitsanweisungen (SOPs) und Arbeitsschutzrichtlinien auf der Lagerfläche durch alle Teammitglieder – einschließlich der Einhaltung der gesetzlichen Standards zur ergonomischen Lastenhandhabung (Lastenhandhabungsverordnung). 🚀 THE GROVER WAY – WIE WIR ERFOLG VORANTREIBEN: * Own It: Wir nehmen Eigenverantwortung ernst und definieren, wie Erfolg aussieht. Hours: We are pleased to say, this is a full-time permanent contract, you will be working a rolling average of 41 hours per week working on a shift rotation of days and some weekend working.
