We’re looking for a talented and strategic Art Director to join fast-paced, high-performing, and most visible dynamic accounts.
This is a hands-on role for someone who brings conceptual thinking, sharp visual design capabilities, and video-first experience
to the table. Someone who can translate strategy into smart, engaging creative that hooks niche audiences.
You’ll partner closely with a team of Copywriters, Video Editors, Content Creators, Visual Designers and report into the Creative
Director, collaborating to bring creative briefs to life across digital, social, and video channels. You’ll help shape always-on
social and campaign direction, lead visual execution, and ensure design excellence from kickoff through delivery. You’ll play a
crucial role in owning your workstream and consistently raising the creative bar.

We're looking for a Mid-level or Senior Creative Copywriter who combines strong conceptual thinking with solid writing skills. Someone who can develop campaign ideas, shape brand narratives, and bring clarity to complex briefs through compelling storytelling. You'll work closely with an Art Director partner, Designers, Strategists, and Social Creatives to develop integrated campaigns, creative platforms, and content ecosystems for both German and international brands. JOIN OUR TEAM We are looking for a Senior Art Director who brings bold ideas, sharp visual instinct, and fast, high-quality execution. You have a love for interiors, a deep understanding of creative culture, and know how to make content matter, especially on social. In this role, you will lead visual storytelling for brand and product campaigns, guide shoots from concept to delivery, and help shape Westwing’s evolving creative direction. This position is permanent and based in Munich.
