Our performance marketing team is three people located in London and Berlin building an in-house growth engine for the German
market. You'll report to the Team Lead Performance Marketing and work day-to-day alongside colleagues owning Paid Search and Paid
Social. Your focus: everything beyond those two channels, diversifying into areas where we're still early and the upside is real.
You'll be a key contributor to our channel diversification.
You'll also be supported by our Commercial Strategy team, who partner with you on test design, attribution, and performance
measurement.
How we work
We're a cross-location team, so we're deliberate about staying connected: weekly performance syncs to challenge each other's
thinking, monthly cross-channel jour fixes with the wider marketing team so nothing happens in a silo, and regular company-wide
learning sessions where we share what worked and what didn't. We expect team members to be in the office at least 25% of total
working hours to keep collaboration strong.
We're looking for a (mid-level) performance marketer who will own and scale a diverse channel mix for the German market. Reporting
to the Team Lead Performance Marketing, you'll build new online channels from scratch such as Native Ads, Reddit Ads, and LinkedIn
Ads, and manage direct placements with publishers relevant to our target audience. On top of that, you'll drive conversion rate
optimisation on our paid landing pages, turning traffic into leads.
This is a role for someone who thrives on building things that don't yet exist. You're analytical, structured, and hands-on – and
you bring the commercial instinct to know which bets are worth scaling.

We expect to pay from €60,000–€72,000 for this role. But, we're open-minded, so definitely include your salary goals with your

Direktplatzierungen * Ein Direktplatzierungs-Netzwerk weiter aufbauen: Publisher identifizieren, ansprechen und als Partner gewinnen, die deutsche KMU-Entscheider:innen erreichen. * Die kommerziellen Beziehungen vollständig verantworten: Verhandlung, Umsetzung und Performance. Conversion-Rate-Optimierung * Die Conversion Journey auf unseren Paid-Landingpages verantworten und eine Testing-Roadmap treiben, die Traffic in Leads verwandelt. * Unermüdlich testen: Wenn eine Variante nicht gewinnt, lernen und weitermachen – an Ideen mangelt es nie. * Tools wie Google Analytics, Heatmapping-Tools und A/B-Testing-Plattformen einsetzen, um Hypothesen zu stützen und Ergebnisse zu validieren. * Eng mit Design und Copywriting zusammenarbeiten, um schnell datengetriebene Seiten-Iterationen live zu bringen. Prozesse und Optimierung * Schlanke, skalierbare Prozesse aufbauen, damit die Performance der etablierten Kanäle hoch bleibt – ohne dass alles von manuellem Aufwand abhängt. * KI-Tools aktiv in deine Workflows integrieren, um schneller und smarter zu arbeiten – von der Ideenfindung bis zur Umsetzung. * Effizienz und Sorgfalt in Balance halten: Wir automatisieren, wo es Sinn ergibt – aber kritisches Denken lassen wir nie weg. Die Anforderungen Grundlegend: * Zeigt Neugier im Umgang mit KI-Tools und Interesse daran, diese weiter zu erlernen.
