We pull medical technology from the future to solve human health. Authorised by governments around the world to assess medical AI, we remove unnecessary delays from every regulatory approval we do so patients get devices from the future, today. We are proud to count the world’s most ambitious companies building medical technology as customers. You will be joining a team with product-market fit, flowing data, and exponentially growing revenue. ABOUT THE ROLE: Scarlet’s expert evaluators are an integral part of our ability to efficiently certify cutting-edge healthcare innovation. Today, we operate with an in-house team of assessors and auditors, supplemented by a network of deeply specialised, independent experts. As we scale, so will this network of independent experts, and the complexity of recruiting, qualifying, training, managing, and deploying them. This is a foundational hire. You will own the design and build-out of our freelancer operating system - the people processes, tooling, and frameworks that determine how we attract, onboard, develop, and deploy the experts at the heart of our certification work. You will also hire some of our first freelancers yourself. WHO YOU ARE: * Experience: 3+ years of experience, ideally in start-up environments where you built out operating processes from 0-1. * EQ: You are a skilled relationship builder and reader of people. You will be expected to exercise strong judgment and build an intuitive understanding of what excellence and cultural fit look like. You also understand that the people in our network are experts with choices, and you know how to attract and retain them. * Operational excellence: You have high standards - you care deeply about the quality of work and the experience of the people doing it. You get a kick out of designing efficient processes and optimising workflows. * Self-starter: You like operating with autonomy and are comfortable navigating complexity - regulatory environments, multi-jurisdiction contracting, and technical subject matters do not intimidate you. You get energy from ambiguity and the chance to define something that doesn't yet exist. * Problem Solver: You approach problems from first principles and use logic to evaluate various candidate solutions. * Communication: You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills DESIRED: * Experience specifically in people operations, or a closely related field - ideally with exposure to contingent workforce, freelancer, or contractor management. * Understanding of global employment law and contracting considerations. * Experience within healthcare, or another regulated industry. WHAT THE JOB INVOLVES: This role will be responsible for building the freelancer operating system from scratch. It will involve a lot of cross-functional collaboration to ensure the process works for all teams it touches. * Build & automate end-to-end processes - from sourcing, qualifying, contracting, onboarding, authorising, scheduling, monitoring, performance management, and offboarding of freelance auditors. * Build our talent pipeline - identify and recruit the first cohort of freelance auditors, working closely with our technical and competence teams to define the right profiles. Eventually, build the systems to support international hubs of the best talent in the healthcare space. * Create scalable tooling and workflows - evaluate, implement, and iterate on the systems (ATS, contractor management platforms, communication tools) that will underpin the freelancer programme. When needed, call in help from our in-house engineers to build out dedicated tools. * Own compliance and contracts - work with legal to ensure our freelancer relationships are commercially sensible, support Scarlet’s objectives, and are structured correctly across different jurisdictions, reflecting Scarlet's regulatory obligations. * Operationalise training and competence maintenance - partner with the subject-matter experts within the team to design onboarding curricula and ongoing development pathways that keep our contractor auditors/assessors sharp and accredited. * Act as the relationship manager - be the primary point of contact for our freelancer network, resolving issues, gathering feedback, and continuously improving the experience.

Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts. If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place. The Role We're looking for a Senior Brand Designer to bring Legora's product marketing to life. You'll own the visual output that makes our product tangible and compelling, from key visuals and decks to product shoots and videos in the brand studio. You'll join the Brand team and work closely with the Product Marketing team, Copywriter, Web Designer and other Brand Designers, translating product stories into work that looks and feels unmistakably Legora. A Project Manager across web and product will work side-by-side with you to keep things moving. This is a hands-on execution and craft role. You're not just executing briefs, you bring a strong point of view on what will make product marketing stand out, and you take ownership of the work from concept to final output. The Responsibilities Key product visuals. Design the visual assets that carry our product marketing: campaign visuals, feature launches, social and web assets, with a consistently high bar for craft. Product shoots and videos. Own product-related photo and video shoots end-to-end, whether shot in the brand studio or on location in market. Work closely with the Project Manager and Product Marketing to plan and resource shoots. Decks and sales enablement. Own the design of decks and sales enablement materials used across product marketing and growth, turning dense content into visually clear, well-structured, on-brand output. Agency & partner network. Bring a strong point of view and network of photographers, videographers and other creative partners. Source external agencies and freelancers to elevate output where needed. Cross-functional collaboration. Work closely with Product Marketing, Copywriters, Web Designer and the Project Manager to ensure visual and written narratives land together and execution stays on track. Partner with Brand Designers to keep output consistent with the wider brand system. Creative quality bar. Push the craft and originality of product marketing output, without sacrificing speed. Know when work meets the bar, when it needs another round, and when good enough is genuinely enough to keep momentum. AI-enabled workflows. Use AI tools to speed up ideation, iteration and production, while keeping a sharp eye on quality and taste. What we are looking for * You have a strong portfolio spanning key visuals, decks and photo/video production, and a track record of bringing product stories to life visually. * You have experience from product design, with a deep technical understanding of and interest in how products work. * You have strong opinions on creative direction and a network of agencies and freelance partners you can pull in when needed. * You have a sharp eye for craft and detail, and you know the difference between good and great, even under time pressure. * You're comfortable owning a shoot end-to-end, from creative concept to execution, working closely with the Project Manager to make it happen. * You collaborate naturally with writers, marketers and other designers, and you're able to take a brief and elevate it. * You use AI tools as part of your daily workflow and look for ways to work faster without cutting corners on quality. Experience and background * Experience. 5-8+ years in brand or product design, ideally within a Tech, SaaS or high-growth environment. * Product design background. Experience working within or closely alongside product design, with a genuine technical understanding of how products are built. * Visual craft. Strong skills across key visual design, with an eye for layout, typography and hierarchy. * Production experience. Hands-on experience planning and running photo or video shoots, including studio setups. * AI-native. You use AI tools as a matter of course to speed up ideation and production. * Collaboration. Easy to work with across Product Marketing, Copy and Design, you bring people along rather than working in isolation. * Ownership. You take a brief and run with it, spotting what's needed without waiting to be asked.
