BESCHREIBUNG Du möchtest Security von der Pike auf lernen? - dann werde ein Ethical Hacker im Bereich Automotive bei proofnet! Auf gehts! Es ist soweit! Seit Oktober 2022 sind wir auch offiziell Dualer Partner der DHBW in Stuttgart. Durch die Kooperation können wir unsere künftigen Automotive Hacker ganz gezielt in Theorie und Praxis ausbilden. Passend zu unserem fachlichen Schwerpunkt im Connected-Car Hacking haben wir uns für den Studiengang Informatik mit der Spezialisierung in IT-Security entschieden. In Rahmen des 3-jährigen Dualen Studiums lernst Du in abwechselnden Theoriephasen an der DHBW Stuttgart & den Praxisphasen bei der proofnet GmbH in Böblingen alles rund um das Thema Automotive Security & Ethical Hacking. Der Hauptfokus liegt in den Praxisphasen auf dem Bereich Connected Car Steuergeräte, Ausflüge in andere Bereiche aber durchaus denkbar. DEINE AUFGABEN Deine Aufgabe ist die funktionale Absicherung von Kommunikationsverhalten von Fahrzeug-Steuergeräten im Connected Car Umfeld. Dazu gehören neben der Validierung der Internet Connectivity auch die WLAN-Anbindung von Kundengeräten sowie die Fahrzeuginterne Kommunikation. Daneben wirst Du in die Entwicklung und Erweiterung vorhandener Umgebungen zur Automatisierung von Testabläufen eingebunden. Du betreust und überwachst die Testautomatisierungen für die zuvor genannten Themen, korrigierst vorhandene Fehler im Prüfablauf, nimmst notwendige Anpassungen vor und optimierst so die zeitlichen Automatisierungsabläufe um so eine möglichst effiziente Testdurchführung sicher zu stellen. Im Anschluss an die Testdurchführung wertest Du deren Ergebnisse aus, reproduzierst gefundenen Fehler (sofern notwendig) und erstellt Fehlertickets die dem Kunden bei der Problem Behebung helfen. DEIN PROFIL Du begeisterst Dich für verschiedenste Kommunikationstechnologien und hält Dich im technischen Bereich eigenständig auf dem Laufenden? Du verfügst über eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und Du bist bereit eigenverantwortlich im Team zu arbeiten? Dann komm zu uns nach Böblingen und werde Automotive Tester für den Bereich Wi-Fi und Connectivity im Fahrzeug. Dein Studium der Informatik, IT-Security, Elektro- und Informationstechnik oder eines vergleichbaren (z.B. naturwissenschaftlichen) Studiengangs hast Du erfolgreich abgeschlossen oder du stehst kurz vor Deinem Abschluss? Alternativ hast Du eine technische Ausbildung und sehr gute Erfahrungen in der Analyse von Kommunikationsprotokollen? Genau Dich brauchen wir! Im Team sprechen wir bei uns Deutsch. Englisch ist allerdings im Automotive Umfeld absolut notwendig, sowohl zum Lesen von Spezifikationen, Defects oder natürlich auch in Kundenmeetings. JOIN US AS A (SENIOR) AUTOMOTIVE CYBER SECURITY TEST MANAGER (ALL GENDERS) AND HELP ENSURE THE SAFETY AND RESILIENCE OF OUR AUTONOMOUS MOBILITY SYSTEMS. At MOIA, vehicle security is a cornerstone of trust in autonomous mobility. As a (Senior) Automotive Cyber Security Test Manager (all genders), you will be responsible for establishing and evolving our security verification and validation capabilities across the fully autonomous vehicle platform like the ID.Buzz AD. You’ll lead vulnerability management efforts, define testing strategies, and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure our vehicles meet the highest standards of cybersecurity and operational integrity. This role is ideal for someone who combines hands-on testing expertise with a systems-level understanding of automotive security and thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. WHAT YOU WILL DO * Design and implement MOIA’s vehicle security testing framework, covering both embedded systems and vehicle-wide architectures. * Define and execute test plans for security verification and validation across ECUs, communication interfaces, and vehicle networks. * Lead vulnerability assessments and coordinate remediation efforts across hardware and software components. * Establish processes and tooling for continuous security testing, including fuzzing, penetration testing, and static/dynamic analysis. * Collaborate with platform, software, and safety teams to integrate security testing into development and release workflows. * Develop and maintain documentation for security test procedures, threat models, and vulnerability tracking. * Support compliance efforts with automotive cybersecurity standards (e.g., ISO/SAE 21434, UN R155). * Contribute to incident response planning and post-incident analysis related to vehicle security.
