Das Brüsseler Büro unterstützt Mandanten aus den Bereichen Technologie, Verteidigung, Finanzen, Energie und Gesundheit dabei, sich
in regulatorischen Fragestellungen, politischen Debatten und Reputationsherausforderungen auf EU- und NATO-Ebene zurechtzufinden.
Auf Grundlage starker institutioneller Netzwerke, politischer Expertise und digitaler Kommunikation helfen wir unseren Mandanten,
die richtigen Entscheidungsträger zum richtigen Zeitpunkt zu erreichen – mit Argumenten, die politische Prozesse beeinflussen und

Mit Hauptsitz in Berlin eröffnen wir aktuell ein Büro in Brüssel, um Mandanten bei der Zusammenarbeit mit EU-Institutionen, der NATO sowie dem weiteren Brüsseler Umfeld zu begleiten. Im Rahmen dieses neuen Brüsseler Set-ups werden Sie Teil eines wachsenden Beratungsteams an der Schnittstelle von Politik, Wirtschaft und strategischer Kommunikation. Die Rolle bietet Ihnen die Möglichkeit, den Aufbau unserer Präsenz in Brüssel von Beginn an mitzugestalten, eng mit erfahrenen Senior Advisors zusammenzuarbeiten und unsere Mandanten dabei zu unterstützen, sich in komplexen europäischen und internationalen Policy-Umfeldern in den Bereichen Public Affairs, Kommunikation und Geostrategie zu orientieren. Roles and Responsibilities As a Senior Consultant, you will be based in Copenhagen as part of our European team that is assisting Asset and Wealth Management institutions in optimising their Operating Models, by supporting them in Target Operating Model definitions, vendor selections and implementation or optimisation of solutions. You may be supporting a workstream within a larger program or helping to drive projects and produce deliverables for smaller projects alongside a team of other Alpha resources. Over the course of each project, you will collect and analyse data, prepare and test hypotheses, and present recommendations to the client to solve their unique business challenge. You’ll be playing a proactive role in driving our programs forward and engaging directly with clients to solve their business challenges. As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for: * Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to understand their unique challenges and objectives and develop tailored solutions to address them. * Develop a deep understanding of the industry and the eco system, and contribute to all aspects of implementation projects. * Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building strong relationships and delivering value-added insights and recommendations. * Act as a business analyst, working closely with clients to understand their unique requirements and challenges, and analyze business processes, identify pain points, and propose solutions supported by the leading applications available for the client base and help translate business needs into robust solutions. * Facilitate workshops with client teams to gather requirements, discuss best practices, and align on implementation strategies. * Stay informed about financial markets, industry trends, and regulatory changes. Qualifications * Masters's degree in Economics, Mathematics or Finance. * Experience with working in projects. * Knowledge of risk management & models (e.g. Historical VaR, Parametric VaR) and the investment management business and processes. * Minimum of two years of consulting experience working for a leading firm. * First-class communication, presentation and problem-solving skills. * Excellent English skills written and verbal. As we operate internationally other languages is a preference. * Good project management methodology skills, as well as good competencies in PowerPoint. * Focus on team achievement, not just individual goals. * Willingness to travel.
