The Order Experience team owns some of the most mission-critical infrastructure at Instacart, including checkout architecture,

We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead this team of 8+ engineers and bring both strategic vision and hands-on technical

About the team The Developer Experience team owns the internal platform that every SumUp engineer touches daily: CI/CD pipelines, observability tooling, our developer portal, and an emerging AI platform. It's a high-visibility role: the work you lead directly shapes the productivity of hundreds of engineers across the company. We're looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to take full ownership of this domain, grow a team of seven engineers, and define what great developer experience looks like at SumUp as we scale.
