WHAT YOU'LL DO * Provide safe, high-quality nursing care before, during, and after outpatient vascular procedures. * Assess, monitor, and educate patients throughout the surgical experience. * Collaborate with physicians, anesthesia providers, and the multidisciplinary care team to ensure excellent patient outcomes. * Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established protocols. * Monitor patients during recovery and recognize changes in condition. * Accurately document patient care and maintain compliance with regulatory standards. * Help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient procedural environment. * Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while supporting an exceptional patient experience. QUALIFICATIONS * Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited school of nursing required. * Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Arizona. * Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. * Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required. * Minimum of two (2) years of clinical RN experience in critical care or medical/surgical nursing preferred. * Previous ambulatory surgery center, procedural, PACU, ICU, ED, or vascular experience is a plus. * Excellent assessment, communication, and teamwork skills. The Strategic Account Manager - Cardiologs is responsible for developing and executing the Go To Market strategy for Cardiologs in alignment with Ambulatory Monitoring & Diagnostics (AM&D). Working with the EMEA+ & NAM Markets to ensure perfect and flawless market activation and expansion with an agile and start-up mindset. In this role, you have the opportunity to make life better The Strategic Account Manager coordinates plans and directs the execution of the new business expansion activities with a focus on the achievement of key commercial metrics, including market share. As a Strategic Account Manager, you will build new relationships with Strategic Accounts (IDTFs and/or scanning services) and create partnerships for Cardiologs solutions, supporting the existing Philips AM&D sales team in EMEA+ & NAM markets. You are responsible for - Understanding market environments, reimbursement models, public tenders, and local challenges and regulations. - Driving and executing tender sales and offers including building strategic relationships with regional buyers - Driving sales revenue and overall market share - Developing relationships with AM&D Intl. & NAM Team, Healthcare Providers, and Key Opinion Leaders, within Health Systems. - Exploring and securing new business opportunities (pilots & commercial) for Cardiologs solutions in the field of remote patient monitoring and Resting ECG. - Arranging appointments, running equipment demonstrations, and eventual sales meetings of SaaS services. - Communicating the company’s competitive differentiation and value proposition to enhance sales and convert competitive accounts. - Developing potential sales leads by conducting research, maintaining key industry contacts, and attending territory trade shows and meetings. - Negotiating and overseeing the development of contracts for compliance, terms and conditions, renewals, and extensions - Determining annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results primarily in the Holter/Long Term ECG market but also in related diagnostic fields. - Educating the customer, not only about the sales organization's products and services but also about industry trends and business issues and or billing models - Dedicate 70% of your time to the IDTF customer segment focusing on selling the Cardiologs SaaS portfolio - Dedicate 30% of your time to supporting the EMEA+ & NAM Markets sales to HCPs focusing on SaaS You are a part of An innovative and fast-paced sales team within a growing and vibrant organization where you will take a key role to expand our SaaS Solutions. We focus on innovation and ambulatory surgery and are able to treat many patients on a day-surgery basis. Summary of duties, but not limited to: * Provide perioperative care to patients. * Participate as a surgical team member as a perioperative registered practical nurse primarily in the scrub role. * Maintains knowledge and awareness of the patient condition during surgery. * Maintain patient safety through strict adherence to policies, procedures and ORNAC standards of care. * Active participation in learning and teaching opportunities to continuously improve surgical patient care and career development of self and others. * May be required to work in various areas of the surgical program. * Expected to rotate through all services * Must wear lead As a role model and champion you will work to identify and integrate safe, best practices into daily activities to foster the delivery of safe and exemplary care. Qualifications * Registered Practical Nurse Diploma is required * Current registration in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario required. * Post RPN Perioperative Certification required. * Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required, current Advance Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is an asset * Must have a minimum of 3 years current surgical experience in Surgical Day Care or other ambulatory setting * Successful completion of the Physical Assessment Course for RPN with current competency * Successful completion of Administration of Medications course and proven competence in according to the standards of practice from the College of Nurses of Ontario * Proven ability to support comprehensive patient education throughout the perioperative continuum of care * Excellent computer skills * Must have excellent organizational, assessment, communication and teaching skills * Work effectively as a strong team player * Demonstrated record of good performance and acceptable attendance will be considered as part of the selection criteria. * Professional behaviour and communication that meets the standards of the professional regulatory college or association, as applicable, and the standards of Women’s College Hospital. * his position plays a critical role in acting as an advocate for safety and will demonstrate principles, practices and processes that will optimize a safe environment for all.
