In 2025, we are entering a new phase, becoming multi-country and multi-product. After launching in our first international market, Italy, Doctrine is continuing its global expansion with Germany. We are therefore looking to several Account Executive in Germany to scale our commercial impact in the German market. A word about the Germany Team ✨ When you join, you’ll be onboarded and supported by your manager, Pascale (Head of New Business), who will help you ramp up and succeed in your role. You’ll work closely with our first Account Executive on the German market, Danu, collaborating on opportunities and helping drive our growth in Germany. You’ll also be supported by our broader German go-to-market team 🇩🇪, enabling you to move forward confidently in your conversations with prospects: Audrey (Product Manager), Maïte (Legal Counsel), and Laura (Field Marketing Manager).

Your role As a Business Development Representative (BDR) for the Private Landlord market, your primary mission is to expand HousingAnywhere's inventory by actively hunting and onboarding new property owners. The Private Landlord team is a key driver of our marketplate’s growth and is now expanding. We are looking for a new Business Development Representative to own the German market growth end-to-end. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, combining high-volume phone outreach with a data-driven approach to identify opportunities. Key responsibilities: * Outbound Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and acquire new private landlords primarily through cold calling and proactive outreach. * End-to-End Onboarding: Educate landlords on product features, supporting them closely until they successfully score their first booking. * Expectation & Objection Management: Confidently handle complex landlord objections while maintaining a professional partnership. * Success & Revenue Optimization: Train landlords to use the product effectively to maximize their occupancy and revenue, while driving commercial growth. * Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with landlords, acting as their trusted point of contact. * Data-Driven City Strategy: Monitor your local portfolio performance, analyze the data and take action to improve your metrics. * Product Advocacy & Problem Solving: Maintain a sharp eye for product issues in the user journey and proactively share actionable feedback. * Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product and Customer Success teams to continuously elevate the landlord experience. * Innovation: Proactively identify and support opportunities to improve processes through automation and AI. DEINE AUFGABEN We are seeking a high-energy, strategic, and tech-savvy Enterprise Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our rapidly growing, AI-driven software company based in Germany. In this role, you will partner directly with a Regional Strategic Account Executive (AE) to disrupt the German enterprise markets. You will act as the engine of the sales pipeline, educating corporate executives on how our cutting-edge artificial intelligence platforms solve complex operational inefficiencies. Your focus will be equally split between hunting/supporting net-new enterprise logos and driving AI adoption within our existing, high-value client base. Your contribution has a direct impact on closing multi-million-dollar deals Core Responsibilities ????️ Strategic Territory Alignment & Planning * AE Partnership: Collaborate daily with your Regional Strategic Account Executive to map the territory, rank target accounts, and build execution plans. * Account Mapping: Research large enterprise organizations to identify key subsidiaries, business units, and legacy system pain points ripe for AI automation. * Buying Committee Identification: Find and map key decision-makers across the C-suite, IT, Innovation/AI Leads, Procurement, and specialized business units. ????
