As Lead Appian Consultant, you'll work alongside multidisciplinary teams of strategists, architects, engineers, analysts,
designers and consultants, helping enterprise organisations modernise business operations through low-code technology, workflow
automation and intelligent digital platforms.

You'll provide technical and development leadership across complex transformation programmes. You'll shape solution architecture,
guide delivery teams, mentor consultants and work directly with senior client stakeholders to define and implement enterprise
Appian solutions. This is both a hands-on and strategic role, that combines Appian expertise with consulting, technical
architecture and delivery leadership.
You are an experienced Appian leader who enjoys solving complex business challenges through enterprise automation and low-code
technology. You bring strong technical credibility, leadership capability and a consulting mindset, enabling you to guide both
clients and delivery teams through complex transformation programmes.
You lead the design and architecture of enterprise Appian solutions, ensuring they are scalable, secure, maintainable and aligned
with Appian best practices. While remaining hands-on where needed, you provide technical direction across delivery teams and
support solution governance throughout the project lifecycle.
You collaborate closely with architects, business analysts, product managers and engineering teams to design solutions that
balance business objectives with technical excellence. You confidently facilitate technical discussions, challenge assumptions and
help clients make informed technology decisions.
You lead Agile delivery teams, supporting sprint planning, technical estimation, solution reviews, demonstrations and continuous
improvement. You coach and mentor consultants, helping develop capability while fostering a collaborative, high-performing
engineering culture.
You take ownership of application quality, performance and operational resilience; overseeing deployments, Appian Health Checks,
application optimisation and production support activities.
Beyond project delivery, you contribute to the growth of Valtech's Appian practice through pre-sales support, technical proposals,
reusable accelerators, capability development, thought leadership and participation within the wider Appian community.

This is a hands-on consulting role requiring strong technical expertise, client engagement skills and the ability to translate business requirements into robust enterprise applications. Role Responsibilities: You are a hands-on Appian specialist who enjoys solving complex business challenges through modern low-code technology. You combine strong technical capability with a consulting mindset and enjoy working closely with clients to understand problems before designing scalable solutions. You will lead the design, configuration and development of enterprise Appian applications, ensuring solutions are secure, maintainable and aligned to Appian best practices. You'll contribute throughout the delivery lifecycle, from technical design and sprint planning through to testing, deployment and production support. Working collaboratively with architects, product managers, business analysts and engineering teams, you'll help shape technical solutions that balance business requirements with implementation practicality. Must have Qualifications: * Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale Appian solutions within complex client * Strong experience developing Appian applications using Records, Record Types, Relationships, SAIL Interfaces, Process Models, Sites, Reports and CDTs, with the ability to manage a single application through its full lifecycle. * Strong understanding of relational databases, SQL, data modelling and enterprise data structures. * Comfortable working day-to-day within blended teams of client staff and third-party vendors, building good working relationships and adapting to the client's tools, processes and team culture. * Experience designing and implementing integrations using Connected Systems, Web APIs and external services, including REST and SOAP-based integration patterns, exercising sound judgement on when to use built-in objects, expressions, rules and plug-ins versus custom development. * Experience identifying performance bottlenecks, applying caching strategies, and using the Appian Health Check report and process monitoring tab to maintain production stability within an application. * Experience implementing Appian's security model and managing Appian deployments, release pipelines, and troubleshooting production issues within a single application or workstream. * Experience producing technical design documentation, unit testing and delivering high-quality solutions against defined acceptance criteria. * Strong understanding of Appian development best practices and enterprise application design principles. * Experience working within Agile Scrum delivery teams, including sprint planning, refinement, estimation and demonstrations. * Excellent communication skills with experience working directly with business stakeholders, Product Owners and technical teams. * A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous learning and emerging Appian capabilities. We are searching for a Salesforce Technical Lead, with expertise in building robust and scalable solutions to join Trustpilot’s Go-to-Market Technology department. This role will be pivotal in shaping large strategic projects within our Salesforce platform, collaborating across our commercial, marketing and customer service teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in up-to-date and current Salesforce Development, a proactive approach to operational excellence and a keen eye for system architecture, code quality, as well as process automation. This is a new position and is a key link with the business-wide Salesforce team, which is responsible for the entire company’s Salesforce ecosystem.
