The Principal Product Manager, CTV will play a key role in shaping the next phase of mediasmart’s CTV platform, advertiser
offering, and North America growth strategy.
This role will work closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Commercial, AdOps, and Partnerships teams across Spain, EMEA,
LATAM, and North America to improve campaign performance, scale advertiser adoption, and evolve mediasmart’s CTV capabilities.
A major focus of the role will be improving the onboarding, launch success, and scaling of new North America campaigns, while
helping ensure mediasmart has a competitive product and measurement offering for agencies and advertisers in the US market.
The role requires strong product leadership and deep expertise across programmatic advertising, CTV, performance media, targeting,
optimization, attribution, identity, and measurement. The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating across both strategic
product initiatives and hands-on execution in fast-moving programmatic environments.

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join our International Marketing team and to drive regional marketing campaigns and marketing initiatives across the EMEA region. This role requires strong campaign execution, cross-functional collaboration, and in particular a deep understanding of the DACH cultural landscape. The ideal candidate is an operator with exceptional marketing judgement, capable of turning strategy into outstanding regional execution while proactively identifying opportunities to improve campaigns and regional impact. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING * Own the end-to-end execution of Supercell marketing campaigns, activations, and initiatives across EMEA. * Translate regional marketing strategy into concrete, high-quality regional go-to-market plans. * Lead the delivery of campaigns across digital, social, influencer, and partnership channels. * Manage timelines, budgets, and scopes to ensure campaigns ship on time and at a high quality bar. * Partner closely with local agencies, game teams, marketing strategists, and creatives to ensure smooth execution. * Coordinate with creators, agencies, and external partners to deliver integrated campaigns. * Oversee production across non-owned channels, events, and activations, ensuring consistency and accuracy. * Track campaign performance and player response, sharing insights with stakeholders. * Continuously improve execution quality by applying learnings and raising the bar over time. * Capture learnings, identify execution improvements and proactively recommend ways to improve future campaigns. WHAT YOU HAVE * Strong experience executing marketing campaigns in EMEA and ideally DACH markets, France and the UK - preferably in gaming, entertainment, or consumer brands. * Deep understanding of DACH media, culture, and player behavior. * Hands-on experience across digital and social marketing, including influencer and creator collaborations. * Familiarity with broader media channels such as TV, CTV, audio, and out-of-home. * Proven ability to manage complex projects, timelines, and budgets. * Experience working with international teams across time zones. * Clear and concise communication skills with strong attention to detail. * A proactive, adaptable mindset and comfort working in a fast-moving environment. WOULD BE NICE IF YOU ALSO HAVE * Experience working on live games or live service products. * Familiarity with Supercell games or a strong interest in mobile and competitive gaming. * Experience executing campaigns across EMEA. WHERE YOU'LL BE This is a remote role based in Berlin, Germany. You'll work closely with teammates in Helsinki, London and partners across the region. This is a globally connected role, with travel expected to Helsinki on a regular basis with occasional international travel. ABOUT THE ROLE Your mission is to help Mirelo find and scale product-market fit by deciding what to build, why to build it, and how to learn fastest from real creator usage.
