Citycon is looking for an exceptional Personal Assistant to support our CEO. In this role, you will act as a trusted partner to
the CEO, providing proactive administrative and operational support, managing complex schedules and communications, coordinating
travel arrangements, and ensuring the smooth coordination of daily priorities.

Location: On-site at Citycon’s HQ in Iso Omena, Espoo
As a Personal Assistant, CEO, you will be responsible for
Providing seamless day-to-day support to the CEO, ensuring efficient management of priorities, schedules, and communications.
Managing and coordinating CEO’s calendar, prioritizing appointments, meetings, and competing business demands.
- Serving as the CEO’s key point of contact during business travel, proactively coordinating schedules across multiple time zones
and managing critical communications.
Managing high-quality documents, presentations, reports, and materials for meetings and events.
Processing expense reports and oversee invoice coding with accuracy and attention to detail.
What are we looking for
Experience supporting a foreign CEO or other senior executive in an international and multicultural environment.
Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism when handling confidential information.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proactive, hands-on attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Ability to learn quickly, perform effectively under pressure, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility and responsiveness, including the ability to adapt to changing priorities and occasional short-notice requests.
Fluency in both English and Finnish.
