opportunity to help shape our next chapter. We're looking for a Trade Marketing Manager to join the CUTRIN marketing team and
drive commercial execution and brand presence across our salon (B2B)channel.
This is a permanent, full-time position and based in Lumene Group HQ in Espoo, Finland.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As Trade Marketing Manager, you will own how CUTRIN shows up commercially across the salon channel. You will bring the portfolio
to life through impactful marketing materials and events, build and brief our salon professional influencer and creator community,
and plan and execute digital marketing activities. You will also work closely on education and with external partners to make sure
everything runs smoothly.
This role is hands-on and outcome driven, so if you like seeing your work show up in real world and not just decks, this role is
for you!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Source, manage, and brief salon professional influencers and content creators
Plan, create, and distribute salon marketing and sales support materials
Plan, execute and analyze email marketing campaigns and landing pages
Plan and execute B2B event calendar
Coordinate education activations, including scheduling, bookings, and budget
Act as marketing point of contact for distributors and key salon accounts
Partner with Brand management and Sales on go-to-market execution and priorities
DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU
Experience in trade marketing or B2B marketing, ideally in beauty / hair care / FMCG
Experience in working with influencers and content creators
A track record of planning and delivering events end-to-end, including budget management
Comfortable with email marketing execution and coordinating digital campaign delivery
Comfortable coordinating with external partners to get things delivered
Proactive with a strong sense of ownership
Ability to drive projects with strong project management and organizational skills
Experience in professional hair care is considered an advantage
Hold a degree in marketing or business
Fluent in English and Finnish
