Role​

We are looking for a Senior Professional Services Consultant to join our team. This is a hybrid role based in Escazú, Costa Rica,

reporting to the Manager, Professional Services in the Professional Services department. As a key field resource within our

Customer Success Organization, you will deliver deployment advisory services to enterprise customers implementing the Zscaler Zero

Trust Exchange platform, collaborating closely with sales, technical account managers, and product teams to ensure design best

practices, resiliency, and successful customer outcomes.

• Lead deployment advisory services and own end-to-end delivery for assigned customer engagements from

discovery through go-live

• Configure and deploy advanced Zscaler product features while

migrating customers from legacy on-premises security technologies to the Zscaler zero trust platform

• Assist customers with deployment testing, troubleshooting, and issue reproduction for Support,

Engineering, and Operations teams

• Ensure client deliverables are produced on time and

align with defined service packages and statements of work

• Build technical expertise

in Zscaler cloud services and travel to customer locations as needed for short-term engagements

• You build deep empathy for enterprise customers and anchor every

technical recommendation in solving their real-world security and networking challenges.

• You are energized by complex technical troubleshooting and seek out challenging deployment scenarios to

deliver maximum value.

• You possess a deep curiosity for cloud security technologies

and continuously seek modern, scalable ways to accelerate digital transformation.

• You

balance technical excellence with practical delivery, taking full ownership of customer engagements from initial discovery through

go-live.

• You work seamlessly with sales, technical account managers, and product

teams, giving and receiving direct feedback to drive shared success.

• Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools, with a proven

history of integrating new technologies to enhance daily workflows and augment problem-solving

• Demonstrated consulting or professional services experience in enterprise networking or cloud security

environments

• Working knowledge of authentication systems including LDAP and Active

Directory alongside core networking protocols such as IPSEC, GRE, HTTP/HTTPS, and DNS

• Practical experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP and virtualized environments

including VMware, Hyper-V, or KVM

• Hands-on expertise with network troubleshooting

tools including Wireshark, tcpdump, Traceroute, and MTR

• Fluent English communication

skills with comfort engaging directly with enterprise customers

• Proven experience migrating enterprise customers from legacy on-premises firewalls to zero

trust platforms

• Experience configuring advanced cloud security features including SSL

inspection, Cloud Browser Isolation, DLP, and NSS
